The statement pointed out that the European Parliament’s recent adoption of a resolution designating the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a “terrorist organization” citing human rights violations is aimed at labelling it as an act of interference in internal affairs and the purpose of the European Union’s failure to resolve internal problems.

The statement recently exposed the contact of terrorist groups operating in Iran with European intelligence agencies, and condemned the European Parliament and interfering European governments for the legal and political responsibility for supporting and encouraging terrorist acts.

Governments across Africa and Asia warned that the operation undermined the post-1945 international legal order. UN officials cautioned that treating extraterritorial criminal law as a justification for military force set a dangerous precedent.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran issued a formal statement strongly condemning the US military attack on Venezuela, labeling it a clear act of aggression and a blatant violation of Venezuelan sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Latin American reactions were mixed. Bolivia, Cuba, and Nicaragua denounced the raid and reaffirmed support for Maduro’s legitimacy. In Cuba, mass demonstrations equated the operation with neo-imperialist aggression. Amid the easing tensions, short message service in Iran was resumed on Saturday, while schools will reopen on Sunday after a one-week closure, according to Iranian media.

Also on Saturday, Lebanon’s Hezbollah voiced firm support for Iran. In a televised address on the Hezbollah-controlled al-Manar channel, Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem called Iran a “stronghold of resistance” and accused the United States of seeking global domination.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry issued a statement Friday night strongly condemning what it called “meddlesome” remarks by the Group of Seven nations concerning the recent unrest, urging the group to stop interfering in Iran’s internal affairs.

The hook that Trump is using is that if Venezuela voluntarily betrays its own Revolution – then the US will not inflict the military devastation that hit Panama. Let us not forget that in 1983 – the US military also invaded the British colony of Grenada (killing and wounding around 400 people) – because its indigenous population dared to vote-in a Socialist government. Marxist-Leninists must not live in a dream-world of fictious hope – once again US capital has triumphed over world labour. Delcy Rodrigues (Acting President) is getting ready to hand-over power to the (Catholic) fascist María Corina Machado (who won the Prize on the grounds that she promised to eradicate Socialism, implement US-style capitalism, and hand-over the oil wells to the White House) – and when it happens – it will be presented as the most natural thing that has ever happened.

Trump I (2017-2021) was all about “censoring” expression on social media – left, right, and centre. The alt-right was suppressed alongside the left – with the far-right being encouraged. Trump I even targeted social media platforms with online software attacks irrespective of the owners agreeing – even wordpress came under attack in this manner. Then, when Trump was voted-out and the social media platforms started to “ban” Trump in retaliation – Trump II (2025-2029) is all about “freedom of expression! providing its not left-wing, is pro-America (as in not questioning Trump’s racism or class hatred), and thoroughly racist (pro-White). Either way, the left is completely crushed and dead in the water (although it exists in a disjointed manner on platforms like Telegram). Of course, the legitimate (Maduro) government is broadcasting on Telegram and it is educating its people not to fall for the simplistic online US lies and misdirection. Check with reliable sources and do not accept things at face-value. This also goes for the rest of us as well. Also, beware of the duplicitous Catholic Church.
