The regime of gangsters and the Puppet Army of the ROK – infringed upon the sovereignty of the DPRK through an intolerably hideous act of provocation. This involved a clumsy show of dangerous military power – which exceeded its legitimate right for sovereign action. In this regard, the (extensive) Multiple Rocket Launcher (Sub-Units) of the DPRK conducted a powerful counter-demonstration firing – aimed at the ROK in order to clearly show the DPRK’s corresponding will to ensure the sovereignty and security of the State. The DPRK will respond everytime with a massive and powerful force that will overwhelm. This is the DPRK way of pursuing a self-defence war – which involves even a pre-emptive attack at any time if the enemies attempt to use military force against the DPRK.

Palestine: European Nations Recognise Palestinian State! (22.5.2024)

Before the announcement, eight European Union member states recognize the State of Palestine, including Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Cyprus, and Sweden.

Meanwhile, Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization Hussein Al-Sheikh considered the step a “historic moment.”

Expressing gratitude to countries that have recognized and will recognize the independent State of Palestine, Al-Sheikh stressed that this is the path to stability, security, and peace in the region.

The Palestinians demand the establishment of an independent state alongside Israel with pre-1967 borders and East Jerusalem as its capital.

On the evening of September 27th, 2006 workers replaced the portrait of Chairman Mao Zedong on the Tiananmen Gate in Beijing. That night, the staff of the Tiananmen Area Management Committee placed the newly painted portrait of Chairman Mao Zedong on the newly renovated Tiananmen Gate. Tiananmen welcomed the 57th Anniversary of the National Day with a new look.

Presidency Praises China’s Pro-Palestine Positions, Backs Chinese Right to Defend its Sovereignty & Territorial Integrity! (16.5.2024)

The Presidency stressed the keenness of the Palestinian leadership to strengthen and develop mutual relations between the two countries in a way that serves the interests of the two friendly peoples.

The Palestinian Presidency reaffirmed the State of Palestine’s full commitment to the One-China policy followed by China in preserving its territorial integrity, including Taiwan, and rejecting interference in Chinese internal affairs, affirming that the unity of friendly China and its wise policies at an international level contributed to supporting and stabilizing the region, as well as international peace and security.

It affirmed its support for China’s right to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity and unify its entire territory, including Taiwan, as well as its support for the peaceful development of Cross-Strait ties.

UN: General Assembly Backs Palestinian Bid for UN Membership! (11.5.2024)

UNITED NATIONS, May 10 (Xinhua) — The UN General Assembly (UNGA) on Friday adopted a resolution supporting the Palestinian bid to become a full UN member by recognizing it as qualified to join and recommending that the Security Council “reconsider the matter favourably.”

The resolution was adopted with 143 votes in favor and nine against, including the United States and Israel, while 25 countries abstained. China voted for the resolution.

The resolution states, “The State of Palestine… should therefore be admitted to membership” and “recommends that the Security Council reconsider the matter favourably.”

The resolution “determines” that a State of Palestine is qualified for membership – dropping the original language that in the UN General Assembly’s judgment it is “a peace-loving state.” It therefore recommends that the Security Council reconsider its request “favourably.”
