Three emergency personnel were lifted several metres up on a fire brigade aerial ladder platform at around 10:00 GMT, with one person using a megaphone to speak to the man on the ledge.

Negotiations then continued throughout the day and into the night.

The incident began when the man got into the grounds of Parliament, walked up some steps, quickly climbed onto a railing, and up the side of Elizabeth Tower.

At one point he took his shoes off to enable him to climb higher to a ledge. He injured his feet, and patches of blood could be seen on the stonework of the tower.

The man was spotted within minutes by police on the ground, who asked if he was able to get down safely.

Photographs throughout the day showed him sitting on the ledge with the flag and wrapped a traditional Palestinian keffiyeh scarf around the decorative stonework on the tower.

The collective delusion is exactly how Mussolini and Hitler came to power! In 1975, the UN passed a Resolution declaring “Zionism” to be a form of “White Supremacy” developed in late 1800s Germany – primarily by “White” secular Jews.

He said that the overwhelming victory and comprehensive consolidation of China’s anti-corruption campaign lie fundamentally in the centralized and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping at its core and the adherence to the people-centered development philosophy.

This victory, he explained, was also achieved through China’s sustained high-pressure approach to fighting corruption, reinforced discipline and conduct, and coordinated measures that tackle corruption at all levels.

China is ready to enhance anti-corruption exchanges and cooperation with South Africa to jointly promote integrity building in Belt and Road cooperation, Li added.

The South African side commended China’s progress in anti-corruption efforts and expressed a keen interest in learning from China’s experience and deepening cooperation in this field.

The collective world must stop this madness and the US, UK, and EU policy which allows it! The British RAF should stop illegally bombing the Yemen – just because the Yemeni people support Palestine!

China: PLA Hospital Ship “Peace Ark” Embarks on “Socialist” Medical Mission! (16.6.2024)

During the mission, the ship will visit 13 countries, namely, Seychelles, Tanzania, Madagascar, Mozambique, South Africa, Angola, the Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Cameroon, Benin, Mauritania, Djibouti and Sri Lanka, and provide medical service to local people. It will also make port calls to France and Greece.

This is the 10th Mission Harmony for “Peace Ark” since its commissioning in 2008. The “Peace Ark” will offer free diagnosis and treatment for common and prevalent diseases to local residents, people in Chinese institutions, and overseas Chinese through onboard clinics and dispatched medical teams.

There are over 100 personnel on board the maritime hospital, featuring 17 clinical departments and 5 auxiliary diagnostic departments.

The “Peace Ark” is the first domestically designed and constructed standard ocean-going hospital ship in China. It has visited 45 countries and regions, providing medical services to over 290,000 people.

International Criminal Court: Israel to Immediately “Cease” Rafah Offensive – Allow “Aid” and “Genocide” Investigation! (24.5.2024)

He added that Israel needed to reopen the Rafah crossing and “ensure the unimpeded access of commissions of inquiry or investigative bodies mandated by the UN to investigate allegations of genocide.”

Judges are “not convinced that the evacuation efforts and related measures that Israel affirms to have undertaken” are “sufficient to alleviate the immense risk” to Palestinians in Rafah, Salam said while noting that Israel “has not provided sufficient information concerning the safety of the population during the evacuation process”.

The ICJ ordered Israel to report to the court within a month on its progress in implementing the measures.

The ICJ, whose orders are legally binding but lack direct enforcement mechanisms, stopped short of calling for a full ceasefire today.
