These visits may involve exchanges between diplomats, experts and government officials to foster a deeper understanding of each country’s foreign policy priorities, the agreement predicts.

The document signing ceremony was attended by Vice Foreign Minister Bassam Sabbagh, the directors of the Foreign Ministry, the ambassadors and heads of the diplomatic missions of the Latin American countries accredited in Syria, as well as the Cuban diplomats in the island’s mission in Syria.

President Putin: Russia to Safeguard International Fairness & Justice with China! (23.9.2023)

He said that faced with a complex international situation, the world is rapidly moving toward multipolarity, economic globalization is progressing against headwinds, unilateral actions are unsustainable, and hegemonism is not popular. As permanent members of the UN Security Council, China and Russia bear important responsibilities for promoting global development and progress.
