The Missile Administration of the DPRK conducted the first test-fire of the new-type strategic of Cruise Missile – the “Pulhwasal-3-31” -under development on January 24th, 2024.
The test-fire had no impact on the security of neighbouring countries and has nothing to do with the regional situation.
The Missile Administration explained that the test-fire is a process of constant updating of the weapon system and a regular (and obligatory) activity of the Administration and its affiliated Defence Science Institutes.

He stands on the bones of 41 million Soviet men, women and children – whilst he eats well and enjoys the freedom this mound of death has earned him! Perhaps this is the film the workers should make!
