UK: Weird News From England – “We Are All ‘Wall”! (11.3.2026)

Millwall Football Club acknowledges the decision by The Football Association to impose upon it a £45,000 fine and an extension to the FA Action Plan, following a breach of FA Rule E21 during the Carabao Cup fixture against Crystal Palace on Tuesday 16th September 2025.

The sanctions have been imposed in relation to the use of a chant containing the phrase ‘South London Spastics’. The term ‘Spastic’ is a derogatory and discriminatory term and has the effect of leaving those with a disability feeling targeted and unwelcome.

This chant goes against everything the club stands for and is wholeheartedly condemned. The club has a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of discriminatory abuse; such behaviour has no place in society. Any individual identified as engaging in such abuse will be banned.

Donald Trump wants Cuba to be alone, to repeat the history of 1962, when the United States set in motion the expulsion of the OAS, "that ugly thing," which Cubans then laughed at in a guaracha, by the singer Carlos Puebla, and Foreign Minister Raúl Roa described as the Yankee Ministry of Colonies.

Cynicism is coldly displayed in each statement, and he is making them daily: “What is happening with Cuba is incredible, and we believe that we want to fix it… finish this first (a reference to the war against Iran), but it will only be a matter of time before you and many incredible people return to Cuba, hopefully not to stay,” he said and looked at the little narco, I meant Marco Rubio, whom he likes for “doing a fantastic job in a place called Cuba.” and he emphasizes with a cutting threat “and the next one will be… we want to make that Cuba special.” And hoping that the total overwhelm will make “the ripe fruit” fall under its weight, he says that it will be a “friendly takeover”.

The scene of the perfidious manoeuvre was at the Trump National Doral Golf Club, his luxurious resort in Doral, Florida, a few steps from the Miami of the anti-Cuban mafia that he already celebrates.

Twelve “leaders” of the right were summoned and joyfully attended, as declared allies of the U.S. pretensions for the region, which are proclaimed: to end “criminal narco-terrorist gangs and cartels,” to counteract “illegal and massive migration, not only to the United States but to the Western Hemisphere.”

But the Cuban issue was muted, and there were previous reactions from the “adelantados”, as in those 60s: Ecuador has expelled Cuban diplomats, while Honduras and Jamaica left their peoples without the Cuban doctors who for years, in the collaboration brigades, treated them with professionalism and humanism.

Oneday, the South Korean population might well develop the conscious awareness to reject the US military, cultural, political, and religious domination of their country. Christian missionaries run rampant and uncontrolled whilst brain-washing young Korean children into thinking that being “Buddhist” or “Confucius” is primitive and sets the psychological agenda for the building of Socialism. It is interesting that some South Koreans support Iran – but generally do not express this level of support for their North Korean brethren. The US injustices against North Korea are endless and ongoing – and are often supported by the allies of the US. Meanwhile, North Korea always opposes any and all forms of US neo-imperialist activity – and the Red Army of North Korea has shed its blood on the Kursk battlefield of Russia – stopping a UK-planned (illegal) invasion of that country! Still, inconsistencies and contradictions aside – more power to this protestor’s elbow!

Cuba faces real difficulties, many of them stemming from internal economic tensions and the external siege imposed by the United States. But to reduce its entire history to a “failure” is to deliberately ignore decades of social conquests and sovereign resistance.
Cuba’s history demonstrates something very different: a small country that, despite economic pressures, media campaigns and political aggression, has defended for more than six decades its right to decide its own destiny.

Patients and colleagues were dropping like flies at the time – and we were never sure Gee would walk back in the door following each shift. A few years after this emergency – Gee was granted a medal for bravery by the NHS. However, under Trump I, exception was taken to the fact that the PRC came to our rescue and not the UK or US – and I was banned across all US social media platforms – except this blog. Yes, I have a hammer and sickle tattooed on the side of my head – and I am proud of it, It is the symbol of working-class hope and the emblem that drove on the Red Army when as an ally of the UK and US during WWII – it defeated Nazi Germany, the Catholic Church, and its many allies. Every so often I get an email stating someone has tried to log-in – asking “was it me?” – when I cannot stand Musk or his fascistic cronies. Anyway, I was asked to show my old X account and what Musk has down to it – so here it is!

Cuba: Ungrateful Honduras Expels “Free” Medical Care in Service of the Racist Trump! (8.3.2026)

More than 30 million consultations and almost 900 thousand surgical interventions were carried out by doctors who return to Honduran lands since 2024 in the interest of the government of that country. This was part of a contract signed with Cuba by the then progressive executive of President Xiomara Castro who, among other benefits, installed five free eye clinics in Honduras for free care for the neediest sectors.

However, the neoliberal government of Honduras, headed by the conservative Nasry Asfura, announced in the last weeks of February the cancellation of the agreement with Cuba, which put an end to the permanence of more than a hundred doctors who provided their services in this country during the last two years.
