Dialectical Materialism & Rebirth for Marxists! (26.8.2025)

In a moment – things dialectically change forever. When the axe fell on the neck of Charles I in 1649 – the ancient convention of an absolute monarch in England ended forever. How could this have happened? Well, there was a Revolution which saw tens of thousands fight and die in England so that the emerging bourgeois class could usurp political power from the aristocracy. There was no future for the absolute monarchy. And yet the agency of the “moment”, despite its nature, continue to manifest unabated. Rebirth is not reincarnation – the Buddha hinted about the former but rejected the latter. Rebirth may not be what the average Marxist thinks it is. An effective Marxist regime must be replicated effectively from one generation to the next.

Nadia Lauricella, the Sicilian Ironwoman

Italy: The Life-Story of Nadia Lauricella [“Iron-Nadia”]! (12.6.2025)

I believe that everyone must play an active role in their own reality: only in this way can institutions be brought closer to the real needs of citizens, especially in terms of disability. For a disabled person sometimes a step is a problem, a road with potholes, the lack of traffic lights with acoustic signals… Therefore, it is the duty of every citizen to commit ourselves to achieving a truly inclusive society, where everyone’s needs are taken into consideration by those involved in urban planning, architecture and social policies.

NEU Boycott - Science Museum - 2025!

London: Science Museum Funded By Israeli Weapons “Genocide” Supplier – Union Calls for Boycott Over Green-Washing! (11.6.2025)

“Watching the brutal bombing and killing of children this last year has been heartbreaking. And knowing that our public institutions are complicit in these attacks is terrible. How can a museum dedicated to science and innovation for young people take money earned from the sale of weapons used to kill thousands of children?”

The Israeli military launched a campaign in Gaza following the Hamas-led attack on 7 October 2023, in which, according to Israeli tallies, around 1,200 people were killed and 251 others were taken hostage. More than 54,000 people have been killed in Gaza since that date, according to the territory’s health ministry.

Soviet Probe Venera-8 - 1972

Russia: Soviet-Era Venera-8 [Venus] Probe – “Kosmos-482” – Falls into Indian Ocean! (10.5.2025)

The Soviet Space Programme had a tendency to send probes in supportive “pairs” (known as “Space Communism”). As the USSR was not interested in – or limited by – financial cost, the progressive technology generated through the use of Marxist-Leninist dialectics did not possess any material limitations premised upon monetary “profit”. Of course, modern Russia is “capitalist” and has not been able to replicate the innovation that came out of the Stalinist-era and the Soviet victory during WWII. Although the returning Soviet probe was launched in 1972 – the attitude is that “capitalist” Russia, if it had been able to retrieve the fallen probe, might well had benefitted from its decades-old technology! If you “click” on the link above – you will find my articles about the possibility that the Soviets discovered “life” on Venus!

Yuri Gagarin Monument - UK!

USSR: Yuri Gagarin – “AD 1961” – First Man in Space! (13.4.2025)

Yet one of the most unexpected tributes to the first cosmonaut lies far from space museums or bustling capitals — on the windswept Orkney Islands, off the north coast of Scotland.

Here, just steps from the Neolithic village of Skara Brae – a UNESCO World Heritage Site inhabited over 5,000 years ago – stands a carved stone that simply reads: “First Man in Space, AD 1961”. Nestled among markers of human milestones, it honours Gagarin’s place in our shared journey — from ancient stargazers to modern explorers.

This is a quiet reminder that Gagarin’s reach extends far beyond Earth’s orbit — and even beyond the expected.

💐 Recently Russian Ambassador to the UK Andrei Kelin and Russian Consul General in Edinburgh Denis Moskalenko laid flowers at the site, paying tribute to the first man in space.
