Venezuela Salutes China's Founding!

Venezuela: Respect to Mao Zedong – Congratulations on the 76th Founding [1949-2025] of the People’s Republic of China! (1.10.2025)

76 years ago, Mao Zedong gave the cry of freedom, announcing to the world the birth of a new China, forged in the alliance of peasants and workers. With perseverance, the People’s Republic of China has turned history around to fulfill the dream of the “Great Helmsman”: to be a powerful and sovereign nation.

Paraphrasing the statement of our Commander Chávez: in Asia, a power is emerging that is neither imperialist nor colonialist, but seeks cooperation and development. China has consolidated its own model with an identity and historical wisdom.

Today we are building the new humanity that longs for a future of peace, freedom, development, and independence, a true community with a shared destiny, and I am glad to have such powerful brothers in the world.

Playing Cricket in the Back Yards of UK Cities!

UK: British Council Film Archive ([1950] – Cricket Documentary! (25.9.2025)

At his peak, however, he was a very good all-rounder wielding the bat and ball. When a child, my father taught me all the rules of cricket and this is why I know a) how to play the game, and b) what is going on when watching it (we support Leicestershire County Cricket Club – and we watched them play once). I have tried to teach my partner and children – but the modern youth now have the internet to take their attention! I have played “in-door” cricket – as well as cricket on a proper pitch – and I never wore a helmet (I couldn’t afford one). When standing at the crease – the mind must be calm and expansive – clear and reflective. Peace and self-control must permeate reality – whilst the bat and ball must be properly utilised in a technically perfect manner. There is no hatred for the opposition – or unnecessary attachment to one’s team-mates – all are equal to the true gentleman. This is why I refer to cricket as a form of English Confucianism!

Men and Women Rise-Up Against US Fascism!

Venezuela: Millions of Ordinary Men & Women [Young & Old] Flock to the Socialist Flag – to Oppose Trump’s Fascist Aggression! (24.9.2025)

Of course, I possess no personal power – and cannot compel WordPress to let the ordinary people read this post (my posts are sometimes shadow-banned) – but if a true human-being is reading this, perhaps they can turn a blind-eye, or press the wrong button by mistake, and clear its content for popular consumption. Either way, I know that motivated by the most noblest of Socialist attributes demanding the resistance to fascism – and the maintaining of eternal peace – millions upon millions of men and women (of all ages) have taken to the streets, forming militias that stand proudly with the Regular Forces! Cuba beat the US – and is still fighting! Vietnam took an awful beating from the US – but its long suffering people eventually won their freedom! Long Live the Bolivarian Revolution!

Digging into the Trench!

Sutton: St Nicholas Church – Feeding Squrrels & Pigeons! (21.9.2025)

We visited the Church-yard of St Nicholas Church on the 14.9.2025 – a pleasant Saturday afternoon in South-West London (formerly East Surrey). At the moment we are experiencing what we use to call an “Indian Summer” – providing this is still an acceptable analogy (who knows – the ground upon which we stand keeps dissolving into loose sand). Either way, communing with wild animals teaches children empathy, sympathy, and kindness. This is inter-species communication – a very important aspect of a civilised upbringing and education. From a superstitious Buddhist view – all life is karmically inter-related following endless cycles of rebirth (bundles of life-habit living through all different life-forms until the realisation of enlightenment breaks the cycle). Is this real? I have no idea – but the Buddha seems to think rebirth is a Brahmanic myth – but it is a myth which he uses to convey his teaching and make his point, etc.

White People Can Be Found Allover China!

On Why “White” People Living in Socialist China Are Loyal Citizens! (10.9.2025)

n indigenous White person (born in China) must volunteer for service in the People’s Liberation Army, Airforce, or Navy. Such an individual privileged by the Socialist System must fight ALL enemies of a Socialist China and if need be – die on the battlefield – regardless of who the enemy is. Loyalty must be toward the nation of birth – not any other nations – within which the White ethnicity might currently reside. By and large, indigenous White people are loyal to China – the country of their birth. A Socialist China only wants peace with the world – it is capitalism that wants a pointless war. China will protect its White population from all outside threats.

China: Legacy of WWII Concentration Camp honours Friendship & Peace! (28.8.2025)

During the event, Stanley met Han Chongbin, an 80-year-old whose father once aided expatriates at the Weihsien concentration camp.

“At that time, out of pity for the internees, my father spent his own money to buy candy and brought eggs from home, managing to send them into the concentration camp. In return, the internees dismantled an iron bed and sent it out,” Han said. “He never expected that his help would be ‘rewarded.'”

In 2019, Han donated the iron bed to the museum. Now a museum volunteer, he shares stories about that period of history with visitors.

With the help of translators, he and Stanley shared a heartfelt conversation, holding hands like old friends. “Peace is our common aspiration,” Stanley said.

“Remembering suffering is not perpetuating hatred; it is igniting the beacon of hope for the future,” said Ayo Ayoola-Amale, vice chair of the governing council of International Cities of Peace.

“Weifang’s commitment to preserving this legacy — establishing the camp’s memorial museum, inviting descendants of survivors to return, and educating younger generations with truth — epitomizes the deepest practice of peace. Such courage deserves global recognition,” she said.
