The John Mansfield Centre site was sold by the council in 2020

UK: Local Council Sells £4.6M College Building for “£1” – then Pays Purchasing Charity “£800,000” in Rent! (14.12.2025)

When I check the morning new around 5am on a daily basis – these type of stories literally force me to howl with laughter and disturb the pets which – are not yet officially awake. The dogs start howling, the cats, start prowling, and the birds start chirping (I think they think – they are protecting me). Croydon Council recently decided to create a Disabled Parking Space using “telepathy” as a means to inform everyone living in the effected street. A man returned from a two-week holiday to find a white, rectangular box painted around his car – with the words “Disabled Parking” stencilled under it – and “four” Parking Tickets affixed to his window-screen, each representing an ever greater amount in monetary fines! If I had the time to trawl to a greater degree – I am sure far more examples would present themselves. As matters stand, Peterborough City Council sold an educational buiding worth “£4.6 million” – for just “£1” to a charity in 2020 – and then continued to pay that charity around £800,000 in rent and maintenance charges – so that the building could continue to be used by the Council for exactly the same purpose it was used for prior to the sale.

Rutland - Market Overton - Ancient Village Stocks!

Rutland: Ancient Village Stocks & Whipping Post on Market Overton Green! (25.10.2025)

In the old days, the local Courts would often sentence local people to a set-time in the Stocks. With their hands and feet firmly manacled into the device – the interested village population could take it in-turns to throw rotten fruit and vegetables – together with animal waste and other such horrible substances, at the condemned. This was at a time when long sentences of imprisonment were not yet used as a punishment. This treatment was designed to be so humiliating that a villager would not dare commit a similar crimnal act in the future – or at least that was the intention.

Moses Roper - Escaped US Slave!

Email: Stamford Mercury [October 1839] Remembering English Civility and the Case of Escaped African-Slave – “Moses Roper”!

The village my father comes from is in this area of Northamptonshire (Duddington) – where the Wyles family has lived since 1500 and before. When visiting Stamford Library in 2009 on a research trip – I acquired this article – originally stored on microfilm. Here is the story of Moses Roper – an African slave who escaped from the US and made his way to England – where he was given his freedom and an education. Of course, none of this makes up for slavery, but given the crimes we have committed against Africans, every ray of light matters!

Lovely Ketton - Perhaps We We Were an Episode of the "Prisoner"!

UK: Dialectically Walking Through the Quaint Village of Ketton (Northants)! (5.8.2025)

Recently, I spent a week in the Northants countryside. Fresh air, good food, wide open spaces, a garden, things to do, and everybody saying “hello” – and “good morning” – and meaning it! Coming from a London suburb, the general rule of thumb is “silence” – when meeting people you do not know just in case they want to rob or rape you. There is also the ever-present threat of someone you don’t know asking for “money” or “food”, etc, all things that are not allowed within cities. My children are taught to remain well-behaved by the school when meeting others – to be “quiet” so as not to attract the unwanted attention of others. Walking through the picturesque village of Ketton last Saturday (1.8.2025) was interesting, as well-meaning groups of old ladies loudly greeted us like they knew us – all ready to help at a moment’s notice – we were even invited to a Church Service within ten minutes of arriving!

A Postcard from Duddington!

Sutton: Duddington 2nd Class Postcard Arrives in London After Just Two Days! (4.8.2025)

We acquired a few postcards from St Peter’s Church situated in the Deene (North Northants) countryside – on the Kliby Lane – not far from Kilby Hall. This Church dates back to 1060 CE and is no longer in regular use but is administered by The Churches Conservation Trust – which does very good work maintaining old Churches of immense historical value. This protects these old buildings from being sold-off, destroyed and built-over, etc. Another way of conserving old Churches involves what’s termed “Champing” – or old Churches converted for families and groups to stay in these old buildings overnight!

Zionist Owned Sport Coverage!

UK: Beware of “Fansided Daily” – Boycott this Israeli-Owned Business! (4.8.2025)

Well, today, I received a news update in my inbox about Leicester City playing Italian team Fiorentina (which Leicester won 2:0) through an organisation called “Fan Sided” – which featured the Leicester game (remember, Leicester is a Muslim area which supports Palestine) – and after reading the article I signed-up for further Leicester City news. It was when I received the “Confirmation” email that I saw with horror that “Fan Sided” has the following address as its Headquarters:
