Chris Tang Ping-Keung, secretary for security of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government, on Tuesday, exercised the powers conferred by the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance to specify seven absconders and the measures to be applied against them by notices published in the gazette.

The seven relevant absconders are Hui Chi-fung, Kwok Fung-yee, Yuan Gong-yi, Kwok Wing-hang, Yam Kevin, Hui Wing-ting and Siu Joey.

The Hong Kong police force also put six other individuals on the wanted list on suspicion of violating the national security law in Hong Kong.

The law enforcement actions by the Hong Kong police force are based on the Hong Kong national security law and Safeguarding National Security Ordinance, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning told a daily news briefing.

The acts uphold the rule of law and respond to public opinion in Hong Kong, she said.

The measures for provisional education of children and students from the flood-hit areas in the environment of rehabilitation campaign were another important step of loving care to be taken by only Kim Jong Un who regards the issue of caring and educating the children and students as the primary state affair which could never be given up even if the sky may fall in.

Students with disabilities were also treated at central hospitals in Pyongyang and went to school in a bright and cheerful manner.

The primary schoolchildren from the flood-hit areas competed with those in the capital city, and several students of senior middle school class took part in the examination for entrance to Kim Il Sung University and Kim Chaek University of Technology and over 70 percent of students grew to be A ones.

Boundless was the warm love of the father with the dreamy days and months passing.

They also extended thanks to the builders, officials of those areas, Party members and working people who completed the housing construction in the flood-hit areas at the highest level through a do-or-die struggle to bring joy to the people.

They stressed that the fine new houses to be owned by the flood victims would be unthinkable apart from the wise guidance of Kim Jong Un who has noble outlook on the people.

Representing the unanimous wishes of all the participants, the speakers extended the warmest thanks to Kim Jong Un who absolutely defends the destiny and future of the people across the country and takes warm care of them.

Conveyed at the ceremonies were the household goods sent by Kim Jong Un to the flood victims and the licenses for the use of houses.

The venues for the ceremonies turned into a sea of tears of gratitude of the people deeply moved by the great benevolence of Kim Jong Un who provided them with excellent houses and even household goods free of charge.

Hu noted that today Bethune is not just a name but a symbol of internationalism, humanism and selfless dedication. This year marks the 85th death anniversary of Bethune, who died of blood poisoning at the age of 49 on Nov. 12, 1939 in China while aiding the Chinese people in their fight against Japanese aggression. His remains were relocated to the cemetery in 1953.

The commemoration began at 10 a.m., with participants bowing before the surgeon’s tomb and presenting flower baskets.

The hostile forces’ madness in response to the DPRK-Russia relations goes to prove that the strengthened cooperative relations between independent sovereign states are very effective in deterring the U.S. and the West’s ill-intended extension of influence and ensuring the balance of power indispensable for defending global peace and security.

The U.S. and its allies’ threatening acts of causing instability and confusion in different parts of the world to fulfil their illegitimate and outrageous geopolitical ambition only add new justification and motive power to the DPRK’s bolstering of its national power to more reliably guarantee the national security and global peace.
