Seventeen-years have passed since a Regular Army numbered no less than a million, between conscripts and reserves, and possessed the most powerful air and surface-to-air defence weapons, the finest armour, the most insidious intelligence apparatus, and the most modern weapons and means of communication. Behind it were the “greatest” countries and all the world’s technology at its disposal, all of that, and it did not learn from its mistakes! A war over only 79 kilometres with a small armed group whose greatest military weapon at the time was the Kornet anti-tank missile, accompanied by a set of tactics, deceptions, and camouflage methods.
