The new policy also highlights employment support for youths and workers at older ages, and encourages local authorities to tighten prevention of age-related job discrimination while prompting employers to hire more senior candidates.

Under the new policy, employers who hire workers older than the statuary retirement age should give such new employees basic working benefits related to income, right to rest, safety and job-related injury insurance.

Li Zhong, vice-minister of human resources and social security, said that the new retirement policy will be implemented steadily and at a modest pace, and positions vacated by new retirees may not be that suitable for youths, so the changes will likely have a mild impact on youth employment.

Li said the nation will continue to prioritize youth employment to let it grow at a reasonable rate and with higher quality.

Women fought and died alongside men – and that was just the way things were. In modern armies, women train with the men and go to war against men – women are capable fighters. It is anti-intellectual to assume that a woman will be killed or badly hurt in the ring if she happens to spar with a male. I know for a fact that female boxers routinely spar with male opponents whilst preparing for important fights with other women – as this conditioning develops extra strength and endurance! The idea that women should not fight is sexist and just another example of far-right misogyny!

At this point – one of the Police Officers placed his fire-arm against the boy’s skull and pulled the trigger – killing the child. How many Asians have to be tortured, raped and murdered by Americans – before the penny drops – and Asians realise that America is a cesspit of greed and violence! A Bear Will Kill You!

A prime example of an academic who does operate freedom of thought is Grover Furr. Like myself, he has examined and seen through the lies and distortions which the West uses to interpret the history of the Soviet Union and the purpose of the ideology of Socialism. This corrective has important implications for Cuba, Vietnam, China, North Korea, and Laos, as well as all those left-leaning regimes throughout the world (many operating in Central and South America). Developing a three-dimensional state of mind only comes about by the purposeful adopting of “thought exercises” (a type of role-playing) which allows the thought processes to expand into directions they would not necessarily extend into. In a very real sense, this is arguing for argument’s sake. Examples of this might include arguing for the ideology of Adolf Hitler, or make a case for the Zionist invasion, occupation and settlement of the entirety of Palestine. What is argued for must be “shocking” to those who have no choice but to conform and constructively act.
