It is clear that the United States and Russia are states whose national interests will never be identical. They cannot coincide completely, not even 50%. But when these interests do coincide, this situation must be exploited to develop simultaneous and similar interests . However, when interests do not coincide and contradict each other, responsible countries must do everything possible to prevent this contradiction from escalating into confrontation, especially a military confrontation that would be disastrous for many other countries.
