We have no intention of listening to people who use human rights as a tool of war — while their own hands are stained with the blood of Palestinians and Iranians, something they somehow keep conveniently forgetting.

And we will not rest until every country here is treated by the same standard. Until hypocrisy is dragged into the light and disgraced. Until genocide is confronted. And until peace reigns not just in words, but in reality.

So, here is the choice – a left-leaning Islamicist regime (that also attracts centrist and right-wing Islamic views) vs a right-leaning Zionist regime (funded by the US) – that is rejected by the left in the West. The analysis in the below article might be termed “secular” in the modern sense, as it attempts to materially (and impartially) assess the existential material conditions pertaining to the US-Israeli War on Iran. I say “impartial” – but of course this assessment is from a (capitalist) bourgeois perspective. It is as impartial as a US university can muster – and only then because there is a system-wde dissatisfaction with the Trump regime. Remember, Obama (the Democrat) threatened Iran with a military invasion, and the destruction of Iran is as popular with the Democrats as it is with the Republicans. The type of discontent being expressed below is really about attacking Trump and his decisions. If a different leader was in power in the US – who had not attacked the US education system – most US universities would be pumping-out pro-war ideology by now. Press TV, of course, appears to be a UK based, left-leaning Islamicist-friendly channel supported by disaffected leftists (and former Labour MPs) – that pursues its own amorphous (but slightly Trotskyite) agenda. Marxist-Leninists must learn to “see through” the propaganda (left and right) and extract the required material details from it. This is one of our required survival skills – living within the capitalist system.

I wonder what they would say if it was suggested that the Palestinians need rescuing from both Zionist oppression and Islamic inversion? I shudder to think. Whatever the case, Marxist-Leninism is opposed to terrorism as it achieves nothing for the collective working class. PA can only justify it along very narrow, sectarian grounds – as it flirts with Trotskyism and the far-right. Genuine leftists should find Islamic racism toward Jews disturbing and not in anyway part of a legitimate working class struggle. I say all this as supporter of Palestine – and opposer of Zionism. However, I an NOT a theist and reject ALL notions of a god sat up in the clouds who is somehow orchestrating all this nonsence!

Palestinian women have always been, and remain, a beacon of hope for their people, and a symbol of unwavering strength and dignity in all circumstances. On this occasion, we note that the resilience of Palestinian women is embodied in their daily actions, their capacity for endurance and sacrifice, their protection of the family and society, and their strengthening of national identity and collective memory. What Palestinian women have offered in these difficult circumstances is legendary steadfastness, embodying the will of an entire people in the face of occupation and displacement, and affirming that the will to live and live with dignity cannot be broken.

China: Trump’s Old Jibes at Obama Over Iran Scrutinized by US Media! (6.3.2026)

The English woman then said that she could soon take-off her scarf and look and act “like a British woman” free of Islamic oppression (a viewpoint commonly expressed throughout UK media – to justify the UK’s ongoing sanctions and aggression against Iran). The shocked looking Muslim woman replied that it is not Islam that is the problem – but rather the “Socialism” that Iran practices! “Why should the lazy receive help from the wealth-off?” – she opined. She added that viewpoints suggesting that Muslim women should take-off their headscarves are “racist”. There then followed a bemused silence between the two. Ironically, I have been told that this woman (and her family) arrived in the UK as illegal immigrants, were given a free house, the car, healthcare, and everything else that comes with the Human Rights Act – and despite benefitting from a British Socialism no longer applied to the British people themselves – this is the kind of attitude she holds. I suppose she does not mind the British and US bombs that are currently tearing Iranians to pieces in the name of Zionist Israel – just as long as she benefits from the relative security the British Mainland offers her. Even though the presence of people like her in the UK is fuelling a resurgence of the far-right.

US: Veteran US Marine – Sgt Brian McGuinness – Assaulted By Trump-Supporting Senator [Tim Sheehy] for Exercising Freedom of Speech! (5.3.2026)

I bet Sgt Brian McGuinness (a name of Irish descent) thought that when he joined-up he was defending the very “freedom of speech” he was so brutally deprived yesterday by a thuggish-Senator (yet another Vet) and members of the Capitol (Americans cannot spell) police force. Let’s recap this police force – shall we? When Trump’s supporters stormed the Capitol on January 6th, 2021 (motivated by the lie that Trump had won the election) – video footage shows Capital police officers laughing and joking with protestors, sharing food, drink, and cigarettes, and even removing barricades to allow protestors through – wishing them luck as they went on their way. Officers on duty within the building turned their backs, left their posts, and unlocked security doors to enable the storming. What a difference a few years make – and a change of government. Sgt Brian McGuinness, whilst in uniform, committed no act of aggression or violence – but simply exercised his freedom of speech. The way he was treated demonstrates just how far the US has descended down the path of fascism!
