The Hebrew Channel 12 reported that the death-toll from the operations carried out by the Resistance from the Gaza Strip towards the Occupied areas since the morning hours amounted to at least 300 dead and more than a thousand wounded, hundreds of them in mortal danger!

Since the morning of Saturday, October 7th, 2023, Palestinian Resistance Fighters have been waging a fierce house-by-house street battle in the “Gaza Envelope” of illegal Zionist Settlements – after successfully crossing the Security Fence!

The Palestinian Resistance is destroying these illegal Zionist Settlements within the Occupied Palestinian Interior – assisted by hundreds of missiles that have successfully struck Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and the Occupied Negev regions! Such is the excellent Battle of the “Al-Aqsa Flood!”

Meanwhile, the impoverished and poorly armed Palestinians continue to fight back in small but persistant ways. Yes – they die in their thousands – but they bury their dead and they fight on regardless! The Palestinians receive no help and no justice – but every single Palestinian is sure that their cause is just and that victory will eventually be theirs! In wars started and supported by the West – people die. If the West wants fewer Zionists killed in their proxy war – then the US should give the order for Zionists to stop killing Palestinians! Syrian: President Bashar al-Assad Abolishes 55-Year-Old Court-Martial Law! (4.9.2023)

The presidential decree ordered all active cases to be transferred to the traditional military court.

“All cases referred to military field courts in their current state are to be transferred to military judiciary for prosecution in accordance with the provisions of the penal code and the principles of military trials,” read the presidential decree.

According to Legislative Decree No. 109 of 1968, later amended by two other legislative decrees, the military field court is responsible for crimes falling under the jurisdiction of the military court during times of war and military operations.

The new decision comes as Syria has returned to the Arab fold and the Syrian government was reportedly required to boost the effort for a political solution to the country’s more than 12-year war.
