Gaza: Zionist-Forces Continue to Strike UN-Schools! (12.9.2024)

The Israeli army also launched an airstrike on Wednesday on the Al-Qarra family home in the town of Khuza’a, east of the Khan Younis city in southern Gaza, killing at least 13 people from the family, including children and women, according to local sources and eyewitnesses.

There has been no comment from the Israeli side on these two airstrikes.

Israel has been conducting a large-scale offensive against Hamas in the Gaza Strip to retaliate against a Hamas rampage through the southern Israeli border on Oct. 7, 2023, during which Hamas militants killed 1,200 people and took about 250 hostages.

The Palestinian death toll from ongoing Israeli attacks in the strip has risen to 41,084, Gaza-based health authorities said in a statement on Wednesday.

A minor consideration for the US involves Elon Musk (a rightwinger and Zionist) – who has used China’s huge workforce to cheaply assembly his own brand of EVs – whilst stimulating China’s internal market to build their own EVs – and sell them to the West. The US has responded to this by placing ridiculous tariffs (as much as 200%) on all Chinese EVs imported into the West (a draconian policy followed by the UK and EU, etc) – a markup which renders these cars virtually unsellable! I envisage a time when we will all be queuing-up with our EVs at petrol-pump type chargers – and be paying about the same for a fully charged battery – as we used to do for a full tank of petrol!

UK: Save the Children – “Halt Arms Sales to Israel”! (23.8.2024)

The British-based organization wrote on X, “We are deeply distressed to see that six children, including four ten-year-old twins, and their mother, are the latest victims of Israeli airstrikes in Gaza.”

Save the Children emphasized their stance against the ongoing violence faced by Palestinian children, declaring, “We simply cannot accept the violence that Palestinian children continue to endure as a norm.”

The organization urged the UK government to take immediate action by halting arms sales to Israel, highlighting the clear risk that such arms might be used to commit severe violations of humanitarian law.

WordPress could prove neither of these allegations and so my blog was unblocked. Throughout all of this, however, WordPress continuously threatened me with the entire contents of my blog being deleted. This is 13-years of family and political activity – including my banning from Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, etc. I have never done anything wrong – all I have insisted on is supporting China and North Korea in a peaceful way. I am a British person from a culture that advocates the ancient Greek attributes of freedom of thought and freedom of expression – but it seems that when I exercise these attributes – the Americans do not like it! Could it be that now Labour is in power – the far-right nolonger trusts the government to support Israel? Is this why it is that the far-right has now taken to the streets because it thinks Labour might recognise the decisions and put into effect the arrest warrants issued by the ICJ and ICC? Indeed, Israel is directly interfering in the internal politics of the UK! Why is this being allowed to happen? Why is the media focusing upon the violence but ignoring the political reality of the situation?

Other American companies, including Starbucks, Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Papa John’s, as well as brands such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Wix, Puma, and Zara that have pro-Israeli stances or financial ties with Israel and investments there have also came under fire and faced boycott calls.

The current boycott campaign could be considered the latest part of the pro-Palestine Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement against the Israeli regime.

Thousands of volunteers worldwide have joined the BDS movement, which calls for people and groups across the world to cut economic, cultural, and academic ties to Tel Aviv to help promote the Palestinian cause. The movement has been so successful in causing economic damage to the regime, which pro-Israel groups have labeled “an existential threat.”
