It encourages their involvement in care services for left-behind children, elderly care and support for people with disabilities.

The working plan also calls for assistance to rural left-behind women with disabilities or financial difficulties and their families, while supporting charitable organizations in launching targeted public welfare initiatives.

In addition, the state departments would strengthen the protection of rural left-behind women’s legal rights, work to prevent discrimination and domestic violence, and expand access to healthcare services for this population, according to the working plan.

Rural left-behind women are defined as those who remain in rural areas while their husbands work away from home for more than six months.

The typical (Christian) Monastic Rule states that on the day of the birth of Jesus Christ (Christmas Day), the monks, nuns and lay-observants (oblates), are solemn, humble, conscientious, profoundly aware, and committed to the structures of the Rule they follow. The interesting thing, however, is that the day of Christ’s birth is no more – and no less – significant than any other of the 364 days that exist throughout the year within the monastic cycle. Yes – various holy days (including Christmas Day) attract specific sermons and rituals – but these are inserted into the general daily framework of the Monastic Rule itself. Extra-food and extra-drink (outside of that already permitted by the Rule) is not allowed. A break from the daily round of monastic duty (outside the Rule) is not allowed. Finally, as the monastics and lay-observants own “nothing” (not even their robes) – there is never any giving of gifts (private property is not permitted under the Rule).

Tang Xiaopeng, 32, has worked at the base for seven years. Born with a congenital condition, he has used a wheelchair all his life. “My parents gave me my first life, but the employment base gave me a second one, allowing me to live with dignity,” said Tang.

As Tang grew older, he realized he could no longer rely on his aging parents. “The base provides a job, accommodation and meals. I can take care of myself and even contribute financially to my family,” Tang noted. Since 2017, he has saved over 70,000 yuan to help his family.

Thanks to continued government efforts and support from charitable enterprises, Liu’s employment base has grown, providing jobs for over 80 disabled people and conducting thousands of training sessions in employment and internet skills.

“Though our lives are tougher than those of physically abled healthy people, we all have dreams. Even if our wings are broken, our hearts still soar,” said Liu.

It is hardship that is the normal condition as this possesses the resources for every species to potentially develop given the right conditions. Affluence is the product of the intelligent use of human greed. The recording and arrangement are of an absolute and impressive quality – but we must avoid the trap of US anti-intellectual, stupidity, and inverse perception of reality. This is a remix of the work of the individual Beatles post-breakup – but with the finished content ascribed to an earlier – “pre-breakup” period – where The Beatles were still performing together. All the “parallel universe” nonsense is simply modern American story-telling. The Beatles were NOT American – But “British”. The British remain unafraid of open spaces and tend not to over-react to unknown or unexpected circumstance. The Beatles would have played with equal authority in this world or the next!
