UK: British Museum Faces Renewed Calls to Return Cultural Relics! (7.9.2023)

“They are the subject of loot. They were illegally taken out of the country,” Tijani said. He demanded the British Museum give back the Benin Bronzes, which British forces took in 1897.

“It is irrespective whether they are safe there. That is not an issue. The issue is that these are stolen artefacts, and they should be returned to Nigeria to the communities that they belong to,” he added.

Bell Ribeiro-Addy, chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Afrikan Reparations, threw light on the “insulting ridiculousness” of the British Museum’s refusal to return artefacts to their country of origin on security grounds.

“One of the most insulting reasons that they’ve given is that the other countries that these items belong to would either not be able to take care of them or they are likely to be stolen,” she said. “But you’ve got people in this country putting them on eBay.”

An understanding of Buddhist monasticism started to arrive and distinguish itself in China from the existing lay-practice around the 5th century CE – the date I believe this ‘smiling’ monk appears to date from. Whereas Buddhist lay-practitioners did not shave their heads (like Daoists and Confucians) – monastic Buddhists (male and female) were required to shave their heads – indicative of their ‘rejecting’ of the desire-laden conventions that define, guide and justify the external world.

Whoever these people were who migrated into India as ‘Aryans’ – they were NOT Western or Northern Europeans. This proves that the idea that the ‘Aryans’ were ‘Europeans’ is a myth. They may well have been some type of Central Asian with a typical ‘light’ complexion routinely found in the Far East – although examples of these indigenous people still exist within Eastern Russia (a collection of different people who look ‘Chinese’).

China-India Border: BJP Troops Clash with PLA Soldiers! (28.6.2023)

The PLA should have held their non-lethal weapons in a more authoritative manner that represents the collective will of the Chinese State! The BJP government is a Neo-Nazi disgrace – but this plays into the broader Hitler-worship that permeates throughout Indian culture – even when a fascist government is not in power. This stems from Hitler’s use of the Hindu ‘Swastika’ and the popularity of anti-Semitism throughout Hindu and Muslim culture within India. Chandra Bose, for example, openly sided with Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan during WWII! He opposed the USSR and agreed with the genocide that Hitler unleashed within the USSR! We see this ‘history’ manifested in the minds and bodies of these contemporary Indian troops!

As the average person lacks the specialist knowledge required to navigate this complex territory in the West – the far-right ideologues deceitfully take advantage of this fact and attempt to fill the vacuum with inaccurate, misunderstood or misleading information! As the saying goes – ‘The price of freedom is eternal vigilance!’
