South Africa Takes Legal Action Against Zionist “Genocide” in Palestine! (30.12.2023)

In addition to filing the application, South Africa has requested the ICJ to indicate provisional measures to protect against severe and irreparable harm to the rights of the Palestinian people under the Genocide Convention. The goal is to ensure Israel’s compliance with its obligations under the Genocide Convention, which prohibits engaging in, preventing, and punishing genocide.

The legal action comes against the backdrop of ongoing Israeli genocide campaign on the Gaza Strip. According to local health authorities, the campaign has resulted in the murder of at least 21,600 Palestinians and the injury of 56,000.

The relentless Israeli onslaught has left Gaza in ruins, with 60% of the enclave’s infrastructure damaged or destroyed. Nearly 2 million residents face displacement, grappling with acute shortages of food, clean water, and medicines. The situation remains dire as international legal proceedings unfold.

Meanwhile, the impoverished and poorly armed Palestinians continue to fight back in small but persistant ways. Yes – they die in their thousands – but they bury their dead and they fight on regardless! The Palestinians receive no help and no justice – but every single Palestinian is sure that their cause is just and that victory will eventually be theirs! In wars started and supported by the West – people die. If the West wants fewer Zionists killed in their proxy war – then the US should give the order for Zionists to stop killing Palestinians! Until this happens, the Palestinians will continue to carry out brave military actions against overwhelming odds – and occasionally win – as we see above!

As immense wealth was generated through the labour of the exploited masses (which involved the development of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade) a privileged middle-class developed – particularly after the English Civil Wars of the 1640s. This development saw the successful transference of the control of the ‘means of production’ (and political power) from the Aristocracy (the upper-class) to the Bourgeoisie (the middle-class) and with it the unleashing of tremendous creative force (a process magnified enormously by the ‘discovery’ of the Americas and the effective stealing of immense tracts of ‘free’ land and other resources)! Of course, the spread of British power and influence throughout other countries of the world – including Africa and Asia – opened all kinds of diverse markets which spread commodities to the four corners of the earth!

As a consequence, the US continuously stocks the far-rght and keeps its embers burning from one generation to the next! This is why the work of Alexander Werth is difficult to find nowadays. This British Journalist could read, write and speak Russian, and was privileged in the USSR between 1941-1945 – being taken to the front-lines to see for himself what was happening. Furthermore, he was allowed completely free movement without NKVD supervision. His eye-witness information is an inconvenient contradiction to all the racist lies perpetuated by the US government and its pathetic lackeys! I include below two (2) anti-Soviet – and one (1) anti-Hitlerite – propaganda leaflets (compiled by the Nazi Germans and Soviets) which Werth acquired on the Soviet (Moscow) front-lines. The anti-Soviet leaflets are aimed at the average (ordinary) Red Army soldier and talk of ‘capitalist’ England and America being the greatest threat to world peace! The anti-Hitlerite leaflet informs the average Nazi German soldier that his leaders are hypocritical capitalists ‘pretending’ to be ‘Socialists’!

Chinese people from Hong Kong should NOT be siding with their ‘White’ oppressors for any reason – even if they have ‘converted’ to a foreign religion (Christianity) that has absolutely NO historical or cultural relevance to their lives! These are ‘foreign’ people who do not understand British culture in anyway – brought up in a compassionate ‘Socialist’ society! Giving all this up just for the right to exploit others and make money out of this exploitation is a disgusting selling of one’s dignity and group identity! What I would say to these new arrivals is that ‘I see you!’ I do not hate you, but I would ask you to reconsider what you are doing and why you are doing it! Furthermore, I will talk to you and help you – but I cannot accept what you are doing! Oh – and keep away from the far-right – or you will truly learn what it means to live in the West without the protection of the CPC!

This is a disease in the Chinese mind and body that must be stamped-out. Giving away your freedom to foreign people who do not give a damn about you is NOT the way ahead! In the UK at the moment, particularly in the area of South London where I live, I have started to encounter groups of newly arrived ‘Hong Kong’ Chinese migrants with full Resettlement Rights and Permanent Visas! This has surprised me – as these people are not victims of oppression or persecution. They stand-out as they do NOT mix with other Chinese Nationals (many of whom are my good friends and Comrades) or with British born Chinese people (such as my family) – you know – those other Chinese Nationals who have NOT just betrayed their country for a free Council House taken off the British population!
