China: Xi Extends Congratulations on “International Day of Solidarity with Palestinian People”! (27.11.2024)

China firmly supports Palestine in becoming a full UN member and supports the convening of a more broad-based, more authoritative and more effective international peace conference, Xi added.

Xi said that China will continue to work with the international community to end the war and stop the killing, support the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East in continuing to provide humanitarian assistance to the Gaza people, and bring the question of Palestine back to the right track of the two-State solution to achieve a comprehensive, just and lasting settlement at an early date.

Regarding the challenges and requests submitted by the Israeli occupation authorities, the Court said that the Chamber received two requests submitted by Israel on 26 September 2024. In the first request, Israel challenged the Court’s jurisdiction over the situation in the State of Palestine in general, and over “Israeli nationals” more specifically, on the basis of Article 19(2) of the Statute. In the second request, Israel requested the Chamber to order the Prosecution to submit a new notification of the commencement of an investigation to its authorities under Article 18(1) of the Statute. Israel also requested the Chamber to stay any proceedings before the Court in the relevant situation, including the consideration of the requests for arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Galant.

Khan reiterated that “the law is for everyone,” stressing that the ICC’s role is to protect the rights of all individuals. He noted that the independent decision of the judges affirmed the importance of upholding international humanitarian law through fair and impartial judicial processes.

“These requests were made after an independent investigation, based on verifiable and objective evidence, thoroughly examined in a judicial process,” Khan stated.

He continued, “I call on all states parties to the Rome Statute to fulfill their obligations by respecting and complying with these judicial orders. We also look forward to the cooperation of non-party states in advancing accountability and supporting international law.”

The ICC Prosecutor also confirmed that his office continues its “independent and impartial investigations into the situation in the State of Palestine,” with a focus on areas under ICC jurisdiction, including Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem.

Within Palestine, Israeli (Zionist) aggression is nothing less than the collective West operating in the Middle East designed to destroy Socialism and progressive Islam! History is indeed repeating itself, as the British government guaranteed half of Palestine to the Zionists in 1917 – the year of the Soviet Revolution!

UN: US Supports Israeli “Genocide” with Veto Vote! (21.11.2024)

“This is what Israel is doing in Gaza. These are its war objectives. This is what the absence of a ceasefire is allowing it to continue doing,” he said, calling for an immediate and unconditional ceasefire in the region.

“It is deeply regretted that due to the use of the veto this council has once again failed to uphold its responsibility to maintain international peace and security,” Malta’s Ambassador Vanessa Frazier said after voting.

“It represented the bare minimum of what is needed to begin to address the desperate situation on the ground,” she added.

Guyana’s Ambassador Carolyn Rodrigues-Birkett said that the suffering of Palestinians must end, adding that her country would continue to work with fellow council members to try to achieve tomorrow what could not be achieved today.

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine affirms that the statements of the US White House, which claimed that “Israel has taken measures to deal with the American demands regarding the humanitarian situation in Gaza,” are blatant lies aimed at covering up the occupation’s ongoing crimes against our people in Gaza.

These statements represent the insistence of the criminal American administration on actual participation in the genocide and systematic starvation war being practiced against our steadfast people.
