The phrase “Con el Mazo Dando” translates as “Hitting with a Sledge-Hammer” – signifying the devastating (dialectical) use of words as a rhetorical weapon in ideological education and communication. Diosdado Cabello Rondón is the General Secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) – and in the below article states that over 100 people were murdered throughout Venezuela by the US Terrorist Acts – and that President Maduro was injured in the leg whilst Cilia Flores received head wounds (this explains why Cilia has not been seen). It is interesting to learn that Maduro insisted on walking (like the man he is) albeit with a limp – whilst his wife – being seriously hurt, demanded that she be kept with her husband wherever he goes. It is thought that this action saved the life of Maduro as Trump would have preferred that loose-end cleaned-up permanently. The point is that Venezuela is a Socialist country through and through and that no one supports Trump’s illegal actions.

Colombia: Ancient Checua DNA Reveals “New Group of Humans” With No Genetic Ties to People Today! (4.1.2026)

Scientists have found genetic evidence of an ancient group of people in Colombia with no modern-day descendants. It’s as if they simply vanished from the face of the Earth. What’s more, they’re also not closely related to the ancient Native American populations that scientists had thought would be their ancestors.

“This is unexpected,” Andre Luiz Campelo dos Santos, an archaeologist from Florida Atlantic University who did not participate in the research, tells Adithi Ramakrishnan at the Associated Press. “Up to this point, we didn’t believe there was any other lineage that would appear in South America.”

An international team of researchers described the discovery in a study published in late May in the journal Science Advances. They analyzed DNA from the bones and teeth of 21 individuals found at five archaeological sites in the Altiplano—the high plains around Bogotá—dating to between 500 and 6,000 years ago. The analyses represent Colombia’s first ancient human genomes ever to be published.

China: Socialist Science Breaks Brain-Computer-Matter Interface! (24.12.2025)

A patient suffering from tetraplegia steered a smart wheelchair through the neighbourhood with only his thoughts and directed a robotic dog to fetch a food delivery. These scenes were achieved during a recent clinical trial of a brain-computer interface conducted by a team from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).

This shattered the conventional boundaries of rehabilitation, carrying the brain’s command from a two-dimensional cursor on a screen into full-bodied, three-dimensional interaction with the physical world.

Brain-computer interfaces are designed to create a direct communication channel between the brain and external devices. Around the world, research groups have already demonstrated the laboratory feats, including “mind typing” and robotic-arm control. The enduring challenge is to make those systems reliable enough to vanish into a patient’s daily life.

China: Brain-Computer-Interface Gives Hope to Paralyzed People! (12.12.2025)

“For example, if a patient sees a flame and wants to move away, that ‘wanting’ signal is captured by the chip and converted into a command to move the hand,” he added.

While the foundational BCI research began decades ago in the West, Chinese teams are now rapidly advancing the technology.

In July 2025, Nature reported that “China is rising swiftly in the field of brain-computer interfaces”, with devices that even outperform Elon Musk’s Neuralink project in certain aspects.

“Although China does not have as long a research history in the field as the United States, development is extremely fast,” Qu said, noting China’s advantages in medical infrastructure and its population scale for testing.

Patients’ hopes lifted

The BCI device developed by Shanghai StairMed is particularly remarkable. With 64 electrodes — each only 1 percent of the width of a human hair — it is one of the smallest and least invasive implantable BCIs in the world. The first male recipient has already used it to play chess and video racing games.
