DPRK: Israeli Holocaust In Gaza Hidden in Plain Sight! (22.2.2024)

On Feb. 11, Israel bombed a dwelling house of refugees, killing dozens of innocent inhabitants. The next day it killed civilians by mobilizing planes, tanks and warships.

As a result of Israel’s rash acts, over 100 people were killed and hundreds of civilians including women and children were injured in Rafah City and its surrounding areas on Feb. 12 alone.

When recalling once again that a spokesperson for the Israeli military unhesitatingly said that it is a “very effective rate” to kill two people in order to kill one Hamas militant, one can know clearly that the present situation is a purposeful and conscious act of Israel to exterminate the Palestinian nation.

The mayor of Rafah City expressed concerns, saying that “Israel’s bombing is being intensified over the past few hours, which serves as preparations for military operation in the city”.

It was none other than the U.S. and western countries that cooked up a brigandish decision on building an Arab State and a Jewish State – by dividing Palestine at the Second Session of the UN General Assembly in November 1947 – whilst that decision instigated the Zionists’ ambition for territorial expansion by handing over a large amount of redundant WWII weaponry after the “founding” of the State of Israel.

Even when Israel brutally suppressed the just struggle of the Palestinian people while resorting to the expansion of Jewish Settlements by blockading the Gaza Strip, the U.S. and the West supported Israel, playing the role of blind and deaf mute.

The double standards of the U.S. and the West patronizing Israel are becoming more apparent with the Middle East conflict acting as this policy’s sounding board.

During the meeting, the bilateral relationship, ways of cooperation and coordination, and strengthening the joint framework of action between all Palestinian National Action Factions and the framework of the Palestine Liberation Organization were reviewed, confirming that the Organization is the unifying framework for all factions, strengthening its role, and activating its political frameworks and Trade Union Federations.

The two sides praised the struggle and sacrifices of the Palestinian people and their Resistance in Gaza, the West Bank and Jerusalem, and stressed the role of UNRWA and its preservation as it is the true witness to the tragedy of our Palestinian people. They called on donor countries not to submit to Zionist dictates and stop funding UNRWA, and they appealed to supporting countries to increase their funding for UNRWA.

The interrogations of Chinese individuals in the U.S., as well as the confiscation of their mobile-phones, computers and other personal devices, have severely disrupted the normal operations of Chinese firms and businesspeople, said the spokesperson in response to the issue.

The U.S. side should immediately cease its harassment while ensuring a safe, transparent and equitable business environment for Chinese companies and businesspeople, said the spokesperson.

China will closely monitor the situation and steadfastly safeguard the rights and interests of Chinese businesses and citizens, the spokesperson added.

UN: China’s Upholding of Human Rights Praised Worldwide! (22.1.2024)

The key to China’s human rights development is the leadership of the Communist Party of China and socialism with Chinese characteristics, which determine the socialist nature of China’s human rights endeavours, guarantee that the Chinese people are the masters of the country, and ensure equality in the sharing of human rights and the fundamental interests of the greatest possible majority of the people continue to be safeguarded and developed, Chen said.

Many countries congratulated China on securing and beginning its sixth term as a member of the UN Human Rights Council, and expected China to play a leading role in global human rights governance and to uphold international justice, the diplomat said.

China will firmly stand in solidarity with the Global South, share weal and woe with developing countries, put forward more initiatives and proposals in line with the common interests of developing countries, and promote global human rights governance toward greater fairness, justice, rationality and inclusiveness, Chen said.

In addition, the world human rights conference held in Vienna of Austria in June 1993 adopted the “Vienna declaration and action program” to reaffirm trust in the rights of human being stipulated by the above-mentioned declaration and apply them to practice.

However, swimming against such efforts by the international community, some countries and regions of the world are still denying the World Declaration of Human Rights and publicly committing practices running counter to it.

The dignity and rights of human being mentioned by the declaration are now ruthlessly being violated in the U.S. and other Western countries where all sorts of social evils such as gun-related crimes, racial discrimination, violent actions by police and maltreatment of women and children are rampant, the white paper said, citing data to prove such facts.

The human rights situation in EU countries is little short of that in the U.S., the white paper said, and went on:

The criminal moves of the U.S. and the West to block the international protection and promotion of human rights, contrary to the World Declaration of Human Rights, are also being brought to light in the fact that they have reduced the UN human rights arena, a theatre of dialogue and cooperation for settling the human rights issues, into a theatre of confrontation for attaining their sinister political purpose.
