On February 12, council planning enforcement officers visited the site and found evidence that the notice had not been complied with.

It is understood that Stuart Boorman and his family are some of the occupants living on the site after they bought part of the land last year.

They applied for permission to station eight mobile homes and two day rooms on a section of the land in August, but it was rejected by the council in December.

It was refused because it was on green belt land, the site lies within the Meopham Downs Landscape Character Area, highway safety risks, and the proposed loss of biodiversity.

However, Mr Boorman told KentOnline he believes they are being discriminated against as they are from the Gypsy and Traveller community.

He explained that after years of moving around the county, living in caravans parked on roadsides, car parks and petrol stations, they had tried to settle permanently and get their children into education.

Speaking previously, the 51-year-old said: “Gravesham council is going above and beyond to remove us all from the land.

“Not only would this make my family homeless, but it would disrupt the children’s education and well-being.

“All we ask is to be treated with the same human rights and dignity as every other British citizen, and to be given the opportunity to live alongside the local community.

“When we finally come together and scrape together the money to buy land to settle on, our plans are rejected.”

Despite this, the local authority is now launching legal proceedings for the alleged breach of planning enforcement.

“This is a worker’s rights crisis for the trans community,” a spokesperson for the Trans Solidarity Alliance said.

Lastly, I would say that People with Disabilities have to use “asexual” toilets – with the idea that the ordinary “Male” and “Female” toilets should not be altered to accommodate disability (this is viewed as inconveniencing the non-disabled). The Disabled have no right to expect single-sex toilets – as such an adaptation would cost “too much”. However, and simultaneously, Women’s’ toilets are altered to accommodate pregnant women and women with babies – sometimes with an entirely separate and spacious area designed for breast-feeding and nappy-changing (in these separate spaces – both parents are allowed in together – or one or the other without comment – meaning men “share” women’s toileting areas). Quite often, the Disabled Toilets are co-opted by the able-bodied to act as spare toilets for themselves – or for mother and baby rooms – thus depriving the Disabled of the limited toilet-spaces the law has granted them after decades of campaigning for equal rights. The Disabled are continuously told it is unreasonable to expect better toileting conditions – or to keep the non-Disabled “out” of their areas. Of course, the Disabled are excluded from the “Trans” Vs “CIS” turf-war that is going on – but their plight does shed some light on this issue.

Not only is the media continuously printing a daily tally of crime (usually “sexual”) committed by migrants in the UK – but it is purposely ignoring (and omitting) all similar crime committed by “White” people (including “White” migrants – usually Ukrainian and Polish, etc). The news – like the structure of UK society – is being deliberately “engineered” by the ruling bourgeoisie. A continuous and brutal “Austerity” and withdrawal of all Socialist support for the indigenous population – and the ladling-out of the most lavish and opulent care and support for random groups of incomers – designed to water-down the work-force. We are importing selfish individuals – not collective-minded proletariats – and that is exactly what the bourgeois intend and want. The UK is being transitioned into a US State where the workers possess no rights and are paid so little by their employers – that the customer is expected to “tip” (to supplement their meagre wages) – something that used to viewed as vulgar in the UK before the rapid spread of US-owned businesses.

Spain: Diplomatic Relations Cut with “Genocide” Committing Israel! (9.9.2025)

MADRID, September 8, 2025 (WAFA) – Spain’s Foreign Ministry announced on Monday that it recalled its ambassador in Israel for consultations in response to Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar’s remarks accusing Madrid of anti-Semitism following its new measures against Israel-bound ships and aircraft over the genocidal aggression on Gaza.

“The Spanish Government strongly rejects the false and slanderous accusations of anti-Semitism made by the Israeli Government against Spain and the Spanish people, as well as the unacceptable ban on two members of the Spanish Government entering Israel,” the Spanish Foreign Ministry said in a press statement.

It explained that “The measures relating to the inhumane situation in Gaza and the West Bank, announced today by the President of the Spanish Government, reflect the majority opinion of Spanish society and are adopted within the framework of its sovereignty and in line with its defence of peace, human rights and international law.”
