If such behaviour constitute a crime, then the perpetuators will be held criminally responsible – in accordance with the law.

In addition, according to the “Martyrs Commendation Regulations”, the standard for Martyr Commendation Compensation is 30 times the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the previous year – when the Martyr died. In addition to enjoying the Martyr Commendation Compensation, the Martyrs’ families who fall within the scope of the “Work Injury Insurance Regulations” and related regulations also enjoy a one-time work-related Death Allowance and a Special Allowance for Martyrs’ families equivalent to 40 months’ salary of the Martyr concerned. In addition, whilst exploring the launch complex of the transport rocket “Soyuz-2” and the launch complex construction site of the transport rocket “Angara”, we learned about the operation and construction status, the achievements and experiences created by Russia in the space industry, and the prospects for future development.

Comrade Kim Jong Un highly praised the excellent development of the Warstogni Space Launch Complex and achieved valuable achievements in accordance with Comrade Putin’s strategic space development plan, and expressed hope that the noble spirit and traditions of mighty Russia, which pioneered the path to space, will continue to shine. Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, arrived in Khasan, the border city of the Russian Federation, in the early morning of September 12th, 2023.

Khasan Station was engulfed in a warm welcoming atmosphere as the Russians welcomed our dear Comrade Kim Jong Un, who is on an official visit to the Russian Federation to advance the already glowing friendly and cooperative relations between North Korea and Russia.

At Khasan Station, where the flags of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Russian Federation were flying side by side, with the Russian Federation Armed Forces Land, Navy and Air Force Honour Guard respectfully standing to ‘Attention’ – accompanied by a military band.

At 6 o’clock local time – the special train carry our dear Comrade Kim Jong Un -entered the Hasan Station area.

Central and local officials, including Comrade Alexandr Kozlov, Minister of Ecology of the Russian Palm Nature Department, Comrade Oleg Komyakko, Minister of Coastal River Administration, came to Khasan to guide our dear Comrade Kim Jong Un and greeted him politely.

The Mysterious ‘2015’ Death of the First Russian Army Soldier – Private Kostenko – to Die in Syria! (22.5.2023)

Having cross-referenced Russian-language texts I can confirm that Sergeant SOKUROV Eduard (СОКУРОВ Эдуард) did indeed die whilst serving in Syria prior to Vadim Kostenko. The distinction seems to be that Vadim Kostenko was ‘Contracted’ to serve a set time and in a set place – and was not a Career Soldier – or a Professional Specialist as was Edward Sokurov. Vadim Kostenko, therefore, was the first ‘ordinary’ Russian Army soldier to ‘die’ in Syria (but was the ‘second’ to die overall). Still, given the Great Patriotic War numbers that are dying in Donbass today – discussion of individual cases of mortality (confronting US hegemony around the world) seems almost superfluous and self-indulgent by comparison!
