In the heart scan study, researchers found that the AI model wasn’t actually focusing on the heart itself, where there were few visible differences linked to racial categories. Instead, it drew information from areas outside the heart, such as subcutaneous fat as well as image artefacts – unwanted distortions like motion blur, noise, or compression that can degrade image quality. These artefacts often come from the scanner and can influence how the AI interprets the scan.

As usual, the workers carry-out all the labour, produce all the profit, and receive very little of the earned benefits. We die of starvation surround by an ocean of food, we freeze surrounded by endless houses, and we die of medical neglect surrounded by first-world hospitals stacked with the most advanced drugs and trained experts. Trained experts that receive huge salaries from the very workers they refuse to treat – due to (fascistic) governmental dogma!
Seven provincial-level regions, including Jilin, Jiangsu and Shandong, already provide full coverage for in-hospital childbirth medical expenses within the policy scopes.
Officials noted that the commitment applies to standard medical services. If expecting parents choose premium-priced hospitals, or opt for medications or materials not included in the basic insurance catalogue, those additional expenses will not be reimbursed.

It is the usual smoke and mirrors from the Labour government. What Labour is not telling you about the Moorfields experiment is that it occurred during the Covid-19 Pandemic when face-to-face appointments were replaced with telephone calls. Labour is closing down the NHS – and is packaging each stage of this shutting down – as being “an improvement”. Psychic doctoring used to be illegal.

Paul Callaghan, from Healthwatch England, which represents people who use health and social care services, said the rule should be implemented “quickly and consistently”.
“It’s also imperative that specialist teams have the resources to deal with potential increases in demand, resulting from increased referrals,” he said.
