The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court also classifies the use of thermal bombs as a war crime. However, the United States continues to supply the occupation army with these weapons, which it uses in full view of the international community. This raises the question of how long the Zionist entity will remain above the law, and international legal bodies will remain silent about this inhumane situation in Gaza despite the conviction of its leaders of war crimes, and the issuance of arrest warrants against the former Prime Minister and Minister of War. However, calls are increasing from some countries and some human rights organizations to hold the Zionist entity accountable and condemn its leaders as war criminals. However, the lesson is in the implementation, especially in light of the absence of the Arab voice.
