He looked round the bier of Kim Ki Nam with bitter grief over the loss of a veteran revolutionary who, as a competent official in the Party’s ideological field, had remained boundlessly loyal to the cause of the WPK and devoted himself to consolidating the single-minded unity across the Party and society centred on the Party Central Committee in every way and to the Party’s ideological building and strengthening of its leadership ability till the last moment of his life.

He expressed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members and consoled them.

DPRK: Dissolution of Anti-North Korea Sanctions Committee! (7.5.2024)

The U.S. and other Western countries, together with their vassal forces, released a “joint statement” on May 1 as regards the dissolution of the panel of experts assisting the UNSC sanctions committee on the DPRK.

In every paragraph of the statement reminiscent of a funeral oration, I could read their partiality and attachment for the panel and their pitiful plight, stunned by its dissolution.

It is not surprising that the U.S. and other Western countries, which have maintained their vested rights by inflicting misfortune and pain upon other nations under the pretext of guaranteeing global peace and security, feel deep regrets about the end of that mouthpiece organization.

It is by no means fortuitous that the British foreign secretary flew to Washington before his trip to Kiev and put their heads together over the issue of expanding military support to Ukraine over a long time.

The Russian armed forces, which are now taking the firm initiative on the whole of the Ukrainian front while turning the U.S. and NATO’s weapons and equipment into a heap of burning scrap iron, express their firm will to make British military support have no effect on the performance of Special Military Operations and obliterate all British weapons.

Any military threat and blackmail of the U.S., Britain and other Western countries cannot damp the brave fighting spirit of the Russian army and people to firmly defend the sovereign right and security interests of the state.

Of course, the Western monastic traditions can possess similar parallels – but this should negate the history or purpose of slavish-types of religion. Conventional religion is not the answer – as invariably this developed within a primitive tribal and/or feudalistic environment. Traditionally, conventional religion was designed to maintain a certain hierarchy and status quo with no change from generation to generation. However, once the means of production have changed hands and religion has been transformed into a Revolutionary vehicle – then certain aspect of religious practice might be useful for freeing the working class from oppression!
