This will involve lessons on organization and arranging seminars – as well as how to facilitate practical training in the classroom (and other similar activities). As anyone with military experience in the world will confirm – you do NOT ‘pad-up’, stand with your legs wide apart (exposing the groin area) or fight on a ‘padded’ surface when training for unarmed combat! Looking and acting as a male-dominate ‘gay’ is NOT a preparation for any type of conflict – let alone a ‘race-war’! Believe me, the average Black, Hispanic, Asian or Chinese person (who is switched on and alert to the risk and situation) will be able to take-out these limp-wrist Hitlerite wannabes! For over 20-years I ran a public martial arts class in South London and whenever these ‘far-right’ types walked in to our Training Hall to ‘sort out all the ethnics’ – either my students (or myself) soon sent these deluded individuals to the floor – and on their way back to the ‘Active Clubs’ from which they came!

Battersea Park: Revolutionary Flags! (27.5.2023)

Buddhism – like Socialism – belongs to humanity! Violence in the outer world can only be ended when one dominant class stops oppressing another! Peace can only be achieved if the capitalist world (in its exploitative aspect) is vanquished and the Bourgeoisie stops resisting and oppressing Socialism! If we – as the working class – stop fighting then we abandon the field to our oppressors and encourage them to inflict an even greater injustice upon us! Genuine peace will only come when the working class siezes the mean of production! As Marx once said – peace is the state achieved when there is an absence to the process of developing Socialism! These photographs were taken at the (Japanese) Buddhist London Peace Pagoda which is situated to the North of Battersea Park!

Laos Buddhist-Socialist Republic: President Meets Delegation from Cuba’s National Women’s Union! (19.5.2023)

On this important occasion, the President of the Laos PDR welcomed and congratulated Mrs. Teresa Maria Amare Yebui (and the Delegation) – which highly appreciated the visit (and work) of the Delegation of the Cuban Women’s Union – as being an important contribution to enhancing and magnifying the good friendship and cooperation that already exists between the two peoples of Laos and Cuba! In the past, the leaders of the two countries have visited one another’s country – even though they are geographically far apart on different continents – showing that the bond of friendship between the two Parties, the two States and the Peoples of the two Nations is strong and getting stronger!

US Anti-Intelectualism: Washington’s Rules-Based World Order a Myth! (9.5.2023)

In fact, the U.S. government has a tradition of putting its domestic law above international law and selectively applies international rules as it sees fit. For example, Washington has enacted such domestic laws as the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act and the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act to target and sanction specific countries, entities or individuals.

The ambiguous rules contained in these acts and executive orders, such as the “minimum contacts” rule and the “effects doctrine,” are a willful expansion of the jurisdiction of America’s domestic laws.

And for more than six decades, despite dozens of UN General Assembly resolutions, the United States has pressed ahead with its comprehensive blockade against Cuba, the longest and cruelest systemic trade embargo and financial sanctions in modern history, based on its embargo policies and domestic laws such as the Torricelli Act and the Helms-Burton Act. The blockade has led to over 100 billion U.S. dollars of direct losses to Cuba’s economy.

Panama: US Neo-Imperialism and the 1989 Invasion! (3.5.2023)

The US invasion of Panama, while ostensibly to protect US citizens, restore democracy – and fight drugs – was in fact to preserve US interests and influence in the Panama Canal Zone and eliminate a disobedient Puppet Regime. This action exposed the hegemony and double standards practiced by the United States, violated international law and humanitarian principles, caused huge casualties and property losses to Panama and aroused strong condemnation from countries in Latin America and the world. 

This action also provides us with some enlightenment: First, we should not believe in the slogan of justice and democracy as pursued by the United States – and we must be alert to the interests and purposes hidden behind it. The second is not to rely on the United States (or any other big country) as we must uphold our own sovereignty and dignity; the third is to strengthen solidarity and cooperation with other developing countries to jointly safeguard multilateralism, fairness and justice.
