London: Croydon LTNs Ruled “Unlawful” by High Court – Used to Boost Council Finances! (7.3.2026)

The legal challenge was spearheaded by local resident Karen Lawrence and the pressure group Open Our Roads. Following a complex legal battle that began in May 2024, Mr Justice Pepperall ruled on Wednesday (March 4) that the council had abused its statutory powers.

He found that the council’s primary motive for implementing the traffic restrictions was to raise revenue, which falls outside the lawful scope of the relevant legislation. LTNs are residential areas where through traffic is restricted by measures such as planters and cameras, in an effort to improve road safety and air quality.

The court’s decision examined Croydon Council’s broader financial position in relation to the LTNs. The judgement referenced the council’s Section 114 bankruptcy notices issued in 2020 over a projected £67 million shortfall.

Why has the British establishment allowed Reform UK to achieve this? Gaining 677 Council Seats is remarkable in that it came from a zero foundation. The Tories are being punished because they have allowed “non-Whites” to run the party on two recent occasions. As the electable party for White racists – the Tories handing their party to BJP-supporting (Hindu) Asians and Nigerian bigots did not go down well. Labour’s response to the recent civil unrest (perceived as imprisoning White rioters) has alienated the White working-class across the board. On top of this, mass immigration is being presented as overwhelming the country by the mainstream media.

UN Security Council: Resolution Adopted Protecting Humanitarian Personnel! (25.5.2024)

The resolution condemns disinformation, information manipulation, and incitement to violence against humanitarian personnel and their premises and assets, and expresses concern over the impact of misinformation on such personnel.

It urges states to conduct full, prompt, impartial and effective investigations within their jurisdiction of violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law committed against humanitarian personnel and their premises and assets and where appropriate, take action against those responsible in accordance with domestic and international law.

It further urges states to prosecute persons allegedly responsible for serious violations of international humanitarian law and to cooperate with domestic, regional and international courts and tribunals.

Cheam: WWI & WWII War Memorial! (12.9.2023)

The memorial was unveiled on 16 March 1921 by Admiral Sir Arthur Henry Limpus KCMG, CB and dedicated by the Archdeacon of Kingston, Robert Charles Joynt.The carving and erection were carried out by a local mason Mr Snook of nearby Worcester Park. Among the dead commemorated on the memorial was Flight-Commander F A Brock (son of Brock of Brocks fireworks manufacturers) who invented the smoke screen. Following the Second World War, three names of those who lost their lives in that war were also added.

Well, Comrade Kim Jong Un is spreading the noble management policy of ‘People-First’ throughout this Socialist land – which is magnified through his outstanding ideas and great leadership!
