Russia: April 10th Marks “International Day of Resistance Movement” Against Nazism & Fascism! (11.4.2025)

This commemorative day honours the memory of all those who refused to surrender and continued to fight the Nazi evil on the fascists-occupied territories during #WWII.

Participants of the Resistance against Nazi tyranny in Europe were united by a shared objective: to collectively repel Hitler’s aggression. Putting aside the differences, the Resistance movement’s participants stood shoulder to shoulder in their struggle for the freedom and independence of their nations and peoples from fascism.

The Resistance reached its greatest scale in the USSR, Yugoslavia, Italy, Poland, Czechoslovakia, France, Bulgaria, Norway, and the Netherlands – where anti-fascist underground groups, varying in size and efficacy, emerged across Nazi-occupied territories, collaborating with intelligence agencies of the Allies.

The Politics of “Genocide” – Making Sense of the Nazi German Killing During WWII! (28.1.2025)

The US killed, wounded, and “disappeared” around 6 million men, women, and children in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos through its destructive blanket-bombing campaign, the dropping of napalm, and its use of Agent Orange. It was the US who committed “Genocide” in South-East Asia – and not the South-East Asians who were their victims. Today, a glaring omission from this supposed list of “Genocides” is that one currently being committed by the Zionist Jews in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, and Syria! Even during the supposed “Ceasefire” – the Zionists are continuing to murder Palestinian men, women, and children! The intensity of the killing is reduced somewhat from that seen over the last 18-months – but the Zionist ethnic-cleansing of the Palestinians continuous unabaited! Not all Jews support Israel or its Zionist Project – but the Western media is complicit with the Zionist “Genocide” in Gaza (armed by the US, UK, and EU) – and the racialisation of the Russian people who continue to fight the forces of Neo-Nazism in Ukraine for all of humanity!

Just like the Western-fabricated ‘Russian Civil War’ (1918-1921) – which incidentally involved Churchill – the so-called ‘Greek Civil War’ (1946-1949) saw the fascists re-invented as the ‘Nationalist’ (capitalist but non-democratic) – and the ‘Communists’ (who advocated ‘Democracy’ but not capitalism! Meanwhile, the incumbent Labour Party – whilst copying the Soviet Welfare System in the UK – deployed the British Army to kill Chinese Communists in Malaya! Today, the Tory betrayal involves thousands of Hong Kong Rioters being re-settled in the Sutton area! Essentially the Falun Gong sporting crosses they do not know one end from the other!

The post-1945 UN, of course, was heavily influenced by Joseph Stalin at its beginning – hence Tariq Ali’s attack upon it. Tariq Ali is actually discussing the pre-existing ‘League of Nations’ – rather than the UN – but this is all part of his ‘entryist’ strategy that misleads as it informs. As a secular Muslim he automatically takes the Palestinian side – which is an expression of the inherently ‘racist’ attitudes that exist within Trotskyism (hence Ali’s anti-China views). The argument against Israeli fascism is one of the asymmetric application of International Law – and should not involve the arbitrary application of ‘race’ or ‘religion’.

Even during the Churchill-generated hysteria of the 1950s – which saw the UK reactivate the ‘Civil Defence’ concept as part of the US anti-intellectual ‘Cold War’ propaganda – the Home Guard was never reconstructed. Churchill refused to trust a ‘Socialist’ entity that empowered the workers to put up a fight against the Soviet Union – a former ally of the UK! Much of this ‘Socialist’ history of the Home Guard is hidden behind a thin veneer of military officialdom, with such and such a ‘Battalion’, this ‘Company’, or that ‘Platoon’! The point is that Britain needed the working-class at its best during WWII and the Home Guard became a highly effective vehicle to realise this objective.

How the Imperial War Museum Relegated the “Black Experience” of WWII to a Back Corridor! (26.10.2023)

When we entered a back corridor – slightly disheartened by the shallowness of the IWM coverage of WWII from an ordinary British and Chinese perspective – we were astonished to find that a ‘Black’ British art exhibition – regarding WWII – had been consigned to an ‘out of the way’ place! The corridor is both bare and bleak – the sort of place one (momentarily) traverses through to get to another place – or perhaps rest for a moment to get one’s bearings. In no civilised way should this location be interpreted as ‘suitable’ for an art exhibition – as it reeks with Eurocentric disdain! Such is the contemporary IWM and the disjointed face it shows to a general public it intends to fleece in its gift shops!
