In addition, the world human rights conference held in Vienna of Austria in June 1993 adopted the “Vienna declaration and action program” to reaffirm trust in the rights of human being stipulated by the above-mentioned declaration and apply them to practice.

However, swimming against such efforts by the international community, some countries and regions of the world are still denying the World Declaration of Human Rights and publicly committing practices running counter to it.

The dignity and rights of human being mentioned by the declaration are now ruthlessly being violated in the U.S. and other Western countries where all sorts of social evils such as gun-related crimes, racial discrimination, violent actions by police and maltreatment of women and children are rampant, the white paper said, citing data to prove such facts.

The human rights situation in EU countries is little short of that in the U.S., the white paper said, and went on:

The criminal moves of the U.S. and the West to block the international protection and promotion of human rights, contrary to the World Declaration of Human Rights, are also being brought to light in the fact that they have reduced the UN human rights arena, a theatre of dialogue and cooperation for settling the human rights issues, into a theatre of confrontation for attaining their sinister political purpose.

The traditional Year in China actually stands at “4722” at the moment since the passing of the Yellow Emperor – who is believed to have ruled Central China for at least one-hundred years! Many Chinese families have benefited from the National Assistance System for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Children since its establishment in 2018. In Gansu, designated Rehabilitation Institutions for Disabled Children have increased from 30 to 205 over the past years.

The Provincial Government also invests over 43 million Yuan annually to support the Rehabilitation Institutions, and that figure is expected to increase to 63 million Yuan in 2024. Some cities and counties further adopt diverse development models, including Public-Private Partnerships, to include more Disabled Children aged between 6 and 17 in the Rehabilitation Assistance System.

With the efforts of Hongmeng Disabled Persons’ Service Centre, over 20 children have returned to Primary School, more than 30 have integrated into regular schools, and over 10 gained employment in restaurants after turning 18.

Today, White Americans are using the internet to search such anti-intellectual (racist) concepts as ‘Do Chinese Babies Wear Nappies?’, ‘Do Chinese Babies Wear Clothing?’, ‘Is Chinese Baby Clothing Safe?’, ‘What Dangerous Toxic Chemicals Are Found in Chinese Baby Clothing?’, ‘Is Kyte Chinese?’, ‘Is Ying Liu American?’, ‘Should We Boycott Kyte?’, and ‘Are Chinese Mothers Safe?’, etc. Although I have nothing in common with Ying Liu – our lives are very different – I stand in Ying Liu’s defence against the wall of White racism which is attempting to fall upon this successful young woman.

We strongly denounce the U.S. and its followers for their reckless acts of seriously threatening the security of the DPRK from the outset of the year and sternly warn them of the catastrophic consequences to be entailed by them.
