US: Americans Rally in Support of Mr & Mrs Maduro on New York Streets! (6.1.2026)

Remember to check and double-check the “real” news – I do not trust mainstream news – and only sparingly use it for more or less local (or inconsequential) reporting. To be honest, considering the evil the US is inflicting on the people of Venezuela (and Cuba) – the indigenous people of Venezuela are holding together well and presenting good-quality news via alternative news channels. Like the Palestinians – the Venezuelans are suffering – and having to “objectify” this suffering as it unfolds, so that the broader world at large can read (or watch) the evidence of this suffering through various media. Like Israel, the Americans want to break international (and local) law “behind the scenes” – and never be held accountable for these outrageous. Be that as it may, groups of Americans have gathered outside the prison in New York and shown their support for Mr & Mrs Maduro through music and song!

New York: 55-Years Ago the “People’s Hospital for the South Bronx” was Established for 12-Hours! (15.7.2025)

In a 12‑hour takeover, they demanded dignity, better care, and a People’s Hospital for the South Bronx which for too long was and still is ignored by systemic neglect.

Their occupation wasn’t just a protest—it was a radical act of self-determination. The Young Lords showed us that when oppressive systems ignore our needs, we must rise, occupy the space, and rebuild from the ground up.

Their demand for a hospital that cared for the people—by the people—reverberates today as a rallying cry.

UK: A Comradely Warning to Today’s Youth – Do Not Follow the Example of “Elias Rodriguez”! (27.5.2025)

This militancy is directly equal to the suppressive-force that has produced it – but is it relevant, required, or legitimate for a mass working class movement to be effective? Remember, Karl Marx firmly rejected pointless acts of terrorism – which he defined as being separate and distinct from the acts of genuine working class self-defence. The point is that the working class must possess iron-like discipline if it is to achieve its objectives within a bourgeois society. Pointless acts of individualistic “terrorism” ultimately achieve nothing positive, and always lead to the working class being collectively punished for the actions of a few. Now, on the Bronx Anti-War site, and many others like it, there is a general eulogising of the actions of one “Elias Rodriguez” – a Hispanic-American man. Indeed, there is a very well-developed “Free Elias Rodriguez” Campaign much to my astonishment.
