US: 60 Years Later, Voting Rights Act Protections for Minority Voters Face New Threats! (7.8.2025)

Contrary to decades of precedent, Republican state officials in at least 15 states contend that private individuals and groups do not have the right to sue to enforce Section 2 because they are not explicitly named in the landmark law’s text. Only the head of the Justice Department, they argue, can bring this kind of lawsuit.

The issue is at the heart of a North Dakota legislative redistricting case that was brought by two tribal nations. A federal appeals court ruled against the Native American voters, and the case may be up for a full review soon at the Supreme Court. The justices may also be preparing to take up a broader question about the constitutionality of Section 2 protections, based on an order last week for legal briefs in a Louisiana congressional redistricting case originally filed by Black voters.

CSA: Battle of the Crater – Native Americans Vs Black Americans! (29.6.2025)

A huge crater (and hole) was blown in the Confederate trenchworks surrounding Petersburg. Meanwhile, thousands of blue-clad Union soldiers had crept-up to the Confederate lines and were lying-down in strict military formation waiting for the explosion – and the signal to attack. The idea was to run into the gap and spread-out on both sides – killing and maiming the Confederate defenders until the area was taken. It is said that a number of high-ranking Union Field Officers were killed as the attack unfolded and that the Union-attack had to be led by the lower-level Field Officers who had no one directing the attack. Instead of running around the lip of the crater on both-sides – the Union men were led directly into the centre of the crater – and hit the steep and unclaimable wall at the other end. The Union soldiers became trapped and there was a sickening crush of bodies. Already the muddy water started to run red with blood!

Galloway now expresses a hyper-puritanic attitude but those who live in glass houses should not throw stones. His current wife is “30” his junior – meaning he was 30 when she was born. For many on the right of politics, as Galloway undoubtedly is today, this type of age-gap is viewed as degenerate in and of itself. Tantamount to deviancy of the highest kind. Perhaps the religious texts that Galloway extols today allow for this – but comparing himself to Dr Martin Luther King Jr, or indeed to “God” – has got to be the greatest outburst of egotism the ageing Galloway has ever trumpeted! If you watch the show carefully – providing you have the stomach – you will see how the guests are now made to read from scripts about how “great” Galloway is!

This denial of identity even led to very good relations with Adolf Hitler’s early regime (1933) – particularly as far-right Zionist groups had been murdering Arabs and British citizens in Palestine since 1917. Indeed, the British Army went on the offensive against the Zionist Jews in Palestine (that had not been directly effected by the Holocaust in Eastern Europe) between 1945-1947 – in an attempt to stem the tide of their terrorist outrages. Zionists today, want to align themselves with the conventional (usually anti-Jewish) far-right – and it intends to do this by appealing to the Islamophobia which is currently extant in the West (as if no one will notice they are Jews). Tommy Robinson is the paid traitor in the UK who is attempting to race-hate Muslims on behalf of his pay-masters in Tel Aviv. It is an up-hill struggle as Hitler defined the greatest enemy of humanity “to be the Jews”. The conventional far-right, as it perceives its ideological foundation to lie within the pages of Mein Kampf” – this will be a difficult association for the Zionists to break. Impossible, in fact, and the main reason (contradiction) that dooms the Zionist psychological operation to doom.

US anti-intellectualism is like a very stupid version of Christian theology that arbitrarily separates the world in a childish “good” and “evil” – with everything “good” being whatever US foreign policy happens to be – and everything “bad” that which opposes it. Since 1945 to present, the US Military has killed 30 million people around the world (in the name of “peace”) – enforcing its ideology of predatory capitalism. Today, President Trump has usurped the power of the State Governor of LA – enacting a post-Civil War law that cedes all State power over its local military to the Federal President – a move designed to prevent resistance to Federal policies and to stop any threat of secession. In this instance, Trump’s overtly “racist” policies are triggering mass protests and uprisings amongst the general population. When the Confederacy lost the Civil War – the States lost their individual freedom and this has allowed a Neo-Nazi President to enact a racist “Federal” reign of terror upon the American people!

Confederate Soldiers Defend - Battle of the Crater

CSA: A Western Theatre Southern “Private” and “General” Discuss Slavery and the Negro Soldiers of the North! (3.6.2025)

Many American Civil War historical narratives give the (false) impression that the Confederacy lost at Gettysburg in 1863 – staggered on with a futile resistance for two-more years – and then surrendered at Appomattox. Nothing could be further from the truth. Tens of thousands of men bravely fought, died and were wounded on both sides between 1863-1865 – with the Confederacy  winning a number of notable victories after Gettysburg. Private Daniel Kelly quoted above, fought in the Confederate Army in the Western Theatre of the Confederacy – as opposed to the far more famous Eastern Theatre (where Gettysburg was situated). Furthermore, Black, Chinese and Native American men fought in the Confederate Army – but their presence is more or less “erased” from history because such a presence tends to lead to inconvenient and even embarrassing questions.
