Indeed, a well-aimed Hezbollah guided missile is filmed above destroying the military radar of the Israeli Miron Air Control Base on 17-4-2024 – formerly used to target innocent Palestinians!

Mezher stressed that the Resistance is determined in its demands to stop the aggression and complete the full Zionist withdrawal from the Gaza Strip. to secure the return of all displaced persons to the areas from which they were displaced, the complete breaking of the siege on the Gaza Strip, the opening of all crossings and the entry of aid without restrictions or conditions!
This is a section of a 1940 British Newsreel lamenting the crushing defeat we British – as a nation – suffered at Dunkirk at the hands of the rampant Nazi Germans! Not only did a flotilla of around 800 civilian boats volunteer to sail (unarmed) from the UK to Dunkirk to get as many of the 400,000 stranded British and French soldiers off the beaches – but a very professional British Army Rear-Guard was ordered to hold to the last round and fight to the last man! If not for their sacrifice, the small boats (and the ships of the Royal Navy) could not have succeeded in their task of saving the bulk of the British Army so that the UK could live to fight another day!
I agree, the film is stunning, moving and dialectically thrilling – but did Spielberg work his Zionist magic? After watching the Blu-ray of Empire of the Sun a number of times and re-reading JG Ballard’s beautiful novel – I have yet again detected Spielberg fiddling with the perception of the world – using his usual method of precise omission. Jim declares that he has become an ‘atheist’ – but Spielberg censors-out the fact that he is also thinking of joining the Communist Party. Chiang Kai-Shek made a habit of beheading any caught Communist guerrillas – placing their heads on spikes in the centre of Shanghai for all to see. Jim had become impressed with the Communist Unions that agitated for the rights of workers employed by ‘White’ Europeans (such as his father) – and the battle waged by Mao Zedong and his forces living in the hills (a famous Chinese actress had resigned from her lavish profession in the Movies and the cinemas – and had joined Mao Zedong’s Communist guerrillas) – all omitted by Spielberg.
After killing and maiming around 41 million Soviet men, women and children in the USSR, and despite the advancing Red Army losing one hundred thousand troops a week – a score had to be settled whilst the Western Allies held their forces back in the West to await developments. Hitler’s fanatical troops had to be ground-down almost street by street! These brave women had to defend themselves from Snipers and Nazi German troops – whilst tasked with searching-out and treating any men, women or children they found – regardless of ethnicity. Proof of this lies in the fact that these women advanced ahead of the Soviet Red Army.
