UN: ICJ Calls on Israel to End “Unlawful” Presence in Occupied Palestinian Territories! (20.7.2024)

On Dec. 30, 2022, the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution requesting the ICJ to provide an advisory opinion regarding the legal consequences of Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories, including East Jerusalem.

In February 2024, the ICJ held public hearings at which Palestine, 49 UN member states, and three international organizations presented oral statements regarding the issue.

At the hearings, Palestine’s UN envoy Riyad Mansour urged the ICJ to declare Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories illegal, emphasizing that such a ruling would pave the way for an immediate end to the occupation and the establishment of a “just and lasting peace.”

Without participating in the hearings, the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office issued a statement rejecting the legitimacy of the hearings, accusing them of attempting to further undermine Israel’s right to survival and self-defense.

Israel: Zionist War Crimes Exposed in Ofer Prison! (15.7.2024)

Mahajneh stated that the detainees eat while handcuffed and each detainee has one meal throughout the day, which consists of 100 grams of bread, a cucumber or tomato, and a very small amount of milk.

He said that the bathroom is exposed inside the detainee’s rooms, in addition to the presence of surveillance cameras inside the rooms focusing on the bathrooms, while the duration of showering is still limited to one minute only.

Mahajna, quoting the detainees, pointed out that Ofer detention center includes two torture wards inside the rooms, and the detainees cannot be seen during their torture, but only their screams can be heard. Recently, the occupation soldiers assaulted all the detainees in Ofer, causing many of them to have their limbs broken.

Lawyer Mahajna quoted one of the detainees, who was transferred from the “Sde Teman” camp to “Ofer”, as saying that one of the sick detainees was killed after the occupation soldiers refused to provide him with the necessary treatment.

South London: Sutton Friends of Palestine – March! (29.6.2024)

Of course, we support the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) – and I often translate their Arabic-language articles into English translation. I have no idea what the internal politics are for the Sutton Friends of Palestine – as all these groups are affiliated to this or that orientation. As matters stand, this group formed-up in the square outside of the Waterstones Book Shop. I over-heard that they would soon be marching through Sutton High Street. We tried to acquire a leaflet – but was told that there were none – but we could “purchase” a badge – which seems a little lax. Leaflets can and do travel far and wide. We are Veterans of protest marches in the UK – most through Central London and involving millions of people! The anti-Israel marches have usually attracted huge numbers – primarily of Muslim people and their supporters. Perhaps half of this group were Muslim people.

Yemen: Resistance to Zionist Fascism Continues! (27.6.2024)

The group said this marked the first public revelation of the missile, used to target the Israeli-related cargo ship MSC Sarach V. The Houthis claimed responsibility for attacking the vessel on Tuesday.

The Red Sea and Gulf of Aden Joint Maritime Information Center reported on Monday that the Liberian-flagged MSC Sarah V was targeted by a missile in the Arabian Sea but not struck. No casualty or ship damage was reported.

The Houthis have escalated attacks on shipping lanes in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden since November, using drones and missiles. They justify these actions as acts of solidarity with Palestinians in the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The shipping of weaponry and ammunition by the West through these sea-routes has been brought to its knees. Indeed, so effective has been this act of self-defence in the waters Yemeni own – that the US Airforce and RAF have bee used to carry-out numerous (illegal) air-strikes on the Yemeni mainland – killing numerous innocent people! This is a disgusting symptom of Zionist aggression and demonstrates how the Zionist (White Supremacy) movement controls and directs events in the world! Well-done Yemen – and thank you for your service!

Palestine: UN Report Biased Toward US-Zionist Criminality! (22.6.2024)

Some of what was included in the report is consistent with the lies of the occupation, equates the victim with the executioner, and is consistent with the allegations that the resistance committed violations on October 7th, 2023 which were proven false by the admission of international newspapers, international organizations, and even by voices from within the entity.

The committee based its report and positions on what happened on October 7th, even though the essence of the crisis did not begin on this date, but rather the crisis has been continuing for 76 years. The report also forgot the root causes of the conflict, and ignored the legitimacy of our people’s resistance to the occupation in various forms, and that the October 7th Operation It was a natural episode of our people’s legitimate resistance against the occupation.
