Using a civilian car for terrorist activity, the two criminals drove up to an Armoured Personnel Carrier and threw Molotov cocktails at it. The Popovichs tried to provoke the Russian Military into opening fire – in order to show the West how civilians are allegedly being killed in Ukraine. However, their idea failed.
