London (Green Park): Canada Memorial (WWI & WWII) – Memorial du Canada! (25.8.2023)

This sculptured memorial is constructed of red granite which forms a ‘walkway’ divided into two distinct halves. One half represents Britain whilst the other half represents Canada and the two country’s joint participation in WWI and WWII. The inclined sculpture is inset with 506 bronze maple leaves (the Canadian emblem) and the country’s coat of arms. Water flows across the sloping surface and creates an illusion of floating leaves. Situated to the rear of the Canada Memorial is Buckingham Palaces,

Qinghai Prohibits Illegal Crossing Uninhabited Areas for Exploration Following Fatalities! (23.8.2023)

Furthermore, the statement particularly underscores that without proper authorization or reporting to relevant authorities, no individual or organization shall organize tourist groups under the pretext of exploration, crossing, or scientific research to venture deep into natural conservation areas. In the event of getting stranded, the full cost of rescue operations will be borne entirely by the involved individuals and groups.

Travelers should carefully assess their routes, and pay attention to weather forecasts, geological hazards, and traffic conditions while also maintaining ample reserves of supplies and ensuring vehicle maintenance, which is essential to ensure the safety of the journey, said the statement.

Banstead Woods and Chipstead Downs! (19.8.2023)

Scattered throughout the woods are characters from the famous children’s fantasy book entitled ‘The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe’ – written by CS Lewis! Oddly, although we did not intend to find these objects – we discovered them very quickly just by accident! It seems that just by instinct – we took all the right turnings through the woods – and each of these characters suddenly materialised! Banstead is a predominantly ‘White’, middle-class area – so my T-Shirt (AK47 – Killing Capitalists Since 1947) raised a few eyebrows!

Laos Buddhist-Socialist Republic: Correct Use & Management of Online Data! (12.8.2023)

Mr. Somsawat Phongsa also stated that social media has both a positive and negative aspect related to the contemporary way of human life. The positive aspect is that it helps to communicate all types of data quickly – so that contemporary world events can be recognized within minutes. At the same time, there are still a number of people who do not know (or are not aware of) how social media can be used in the wrong way – such as broadcasting information that distorts the truth and which is intended to benefit themselves at the expense of harming others.

Sutton: George V “GR” Postbox (c. 1910) – Corner of St Dunstan’s Hill & Westfield Road! (6.8.2023)

However, some Postboxes are always permitted to keep the designation of older (Constitutional) Monarchs. Within the grounds of Windsor Castle, for instance, we have observed a Postbox dedicated to King Edward VII (reigned 1901-1910) – with another Postbox in Oxford dedicated to King Edward VIII (who only ruled for the single year ‘1936’ – before being replaced after his ‘Abdication’ by King George III). Perhaps the above Postbox was constructed as early as 1910 – meaning it is currently 113-years old! Without knowing it, when this Postbox turned ‘100’ in 2010 – my family lived right next door to it!

Imperial Germany: Voices of British POWs Recorded During WWI! (24.7.2022)

The sheer ‘localism’ is astonishing! This is a time before globalism and when people came from the places they were born into – places they were not expected to leave throughout their lifetimes. The Germans wanted to use these recordings to train German Colonial Troops – after Germany had won WWI – to invade, settle and control all parts of the UK prior to British culture being usurped, wiped out and eventually replaced with German language and culture!
