The Y-20 with the number 20048 took off from an airport in Central China on Tuesday afternoon to carry out the mission of retrieving the 11th batch of the remains of CPV martyrs from South Korea, the PLA Air Force announced in a post on its official WeChat account on Tuesday.

Recently, China’s Ministry of Veterans Affairs and South Korea’s Ministry of National Défense reached an agreement on the handover of the 11th batch of remains of CPV martyrs in South Korea. The South Korean side will hand over the remains of 43 CPV martyrs and related belongings to the Chinese side on Thursday, according to the PLA Air Force.

For this mission, the troops have prepared the cabin layout of the aircraft to ensure that the repatriation mission meets the highest standards, the PLA Air Force said.

China firmly supports Palestine in becoming a full UN member and supports the convening of a more broad-based, more authoritative and more effective international peace conference, Xi added.

Xi said that China will continue to work with the international community to end the war and stop the killing, support the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East in continuing to provide humanitarian assistance to the Gaza people, and bring the question of Palestine back to the right track of the two-State solution to achieve a comprehensive, just and lasting settlement at an early date.

The statement emphasized the need to improve technical means to detect and identify fake accounts and malicious ranking manipulations, strictly regulating illegal activities that exploit ranking rules to manipulate lists and hype topics.

Besides content and information distribution, the campaign also focuses on the rights of workers and consumers involved in internet services.

The commission’s statement highlighted the need to prevent internet platforms from blindly pursuing profits at the expense of workers providing services.

The number of those workers surpassed 84 million in China as of 2023, according to the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. This group of workers includes food delivery riders, ride-hailing drivers and couriers.

Among them, there are 13 million food delivery riders. In recent years, these riders have often violated traffic rules to deliver food as quickly as possible, due to the requirement by food delivery platforms to deliver orders within a specified time, or face wage deductions.

The statement stressed the importance of preventing platforms from excessively reducing delivery times, which leads to more frequent delivery delays, traffic violations and accidents.

Along with Cuba, North Korea supported the People’s Liberation Army of Angola against the Apartheid Regime of South Africa; North Korea has also provided military aid to other African countries, including Mozambique and Zimbabwe.
