Film: Triangle of Sadness! (16.4.2023)

Marx and Engels developed the theory of Scientific Socialism. This dialectically explains how the society of capitalist society will evolve in a Socialist Society (where the Proletariat will assume control of the means of production) and then will further evolve into a ‘Communist’ Society ‘free’ of all past limitations! This last phase is ‘unknowable’ given contemporary conditionality. However, according to Marx (and Engels) ‘Communism’ is inevitable! Therefore, a ‘Marxist’ is both a ‘Socialist’ and ‘Communist’! It is an exercise in constructing a false dichotomy when a Trotskyite suggests that they are a ‘Marxist’, a ‘Socialist’ – but NOT a ‘Communist’! A typical exponent of this corrupt thinking in the UK can be found in the person of ‘Tariq Ali’ – with a typical marker being that of ‘anti-China’ racism! Having made all this clear, I still recommend that everyone watch this drama if possible as it expresses some very interesting comments upon ‘race’ and ‘class’! Dolly De Leon is an absolute star! White people must understand the power they (we) possess in ordinary life – a power and status which non-White simply do not possess!

China: Zhang Zhilei (张志磊) – Professional Heavyweight Boxer! (16.4.2023)

His punching combinations are fast, fluid, well-timed and accurate – whilst his evasive upper body movement and lower body footwork is both precise and compact! He skilfully makes the opponent miss whilst always staying in range to counter continuously. His fast (combination) hitting is reminiscent of that seen within advanced Chinese gongfu practice – particularly when Zhang Zhilei initiates exchanges! I suspect that somewhere in his training background lies the Internal Martial Arts of China! As he progresses through the ranks, he stoically faces the racist disdain he encounters in the West – and lets his ability and ever-growing tally of victories speak for themselves! Indeed, although 39 years old at the writing of this article – this might work for him in a sport that is usually merciless in its treatment of older competitors! Chinese martial tradition and culture possesses an entirely different approach to interpreting the ageing process!

The concept of a female goddess in China existed thousands of years prior to the development of Buddhism in India – and yet when the ‘male’ Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva (evoking ‘Compassion’) was transmitted into China from India – ‘he’ morphed into a ‘she’ (becoming locally known as ‘Guanyin’ [觀音] or she who is ‘Attentive to Sound’) – whilst retaining all the Buddhist characteristics. After communication and interaction – the Servicemen gladly accepted the Red Banner of Victory and the flag of the USSR from the communists!

The U.S. government has been left in an awkward position in what is believed to be potentially the worst intelligence breach in a decade, partly because the revelation made clear Washington’s deeper-than-perceived involvement in the day-to-day development of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and exposed continued U.S. spying on its allies.

Amid the embarrassing fallout of the incident, U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, who until April 6 had been unaware of the leak, ordered a review of the “intelligence access, accountability and control procedures” within the department, according to a statement released Thursday evening.
