The Public Health Department of Borikhamxay Province has implemented sanitation and health promotional work, especially in the area of reproductive health work. This policy has been active in integrating mother and childcare work by providing services at provincial hospitals, district hospitals, and small hospitals. In addition, they have been moving to the villages 6 times a year with a focus on spreading information, knowledge about reproductive health – working simultaneously to target people and relevant groups in general – with the intention of reducing the death rate of mothers and children every year.

Indeed, when ethnic Chinese people are ‘in love’ – they tend to avoid any and all physical contact when in public. Meanwhile, the only name I can find for the 39-year-old suspect is ‘Si Tu’ (司徒). He purchased a 12” fish-knife just prior to the attack – I believe of ‘special’ Japanese design. The entire incident took just two-minutes for the women to be stabbed over 30-times and lie in a near death state. Before the Authorities arrived, members of the general public provided First Aid.

22 journalists from 17 countries recently lauded the development in northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region during a nine-day visit. They expressed admiration for the region’s economic growth, social progress, cultural diversity and the Belt and Road Initiative’s development. The visitors included locations like Urumqi, Kashgar Prefecture, and the Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture. The journalists also attended a lecture on preserving religious freedom in Xinjiang.
