For some strange and odd reason, at least three right-wing news outlets in the UK are today [15.1.2026] a) falsely reporting this story as if it has just happened, and b) falsely claiming that its findings are “changing history”! As you can see, the AP article I am referencing below us dated the 25.11.2025 – with the research at Lake Mendota in Madison, beginning in 2021 – with many of the pivotal discoveries occurring during 2022 (with others following). I have also read an article dating to January-February 2025. Therefore, contrary to the British rightwing media – this story is not “new”. Although the oldest canoe found so far is 5,200 years-old BP (constructed around 3,200 BCE) – one of the researchers thinks that there may be a canoe dating to around 7,000 years-old BP (constructed 5,000 BCE) lurking somewhere in the mud. The same researcher states that the oldest two canoes found so far in the US are from Florida and and also date from 7,000 years-old BP (constructed 5,000 BCE). Again, contrary to the claims made by the British rightwing media – these finds do not “change” ancient America history – they “confirm”

Initially, I came across this article on Press TV via Telegram – but found that Google is “banning” Iranian media – whilst the US and Israel attempt a violent overthrow of the Iranian government. Instead, I had to open the below article via the Microsoft search-engine. Whether wordpress shadow-bans or ghosts this article is anyone’s guess. I have checked the Mainland Chinese-language “Baidu” search-engine for confirmation of this original “Reuters” article – and could not find any reference. Therefore, I would tread carefully. Reuters, just like all the Western news outlets are controlled by the bourgeois establishment and loyally does its (pro-capitalist) bidding. On the other hand, China, like any country, routinely exercises its right to self-defence – just as Iran is doing now.

The first was a probate sale which wrongly completed before the grant of probate had been received. Around three weeks later, the buyer’s solicitor emailed the pair, threatening to report Mackrell to the SRA if the signed transfer form was not received soon after.

Just under an hour later, Ms Lakhani responded to say that the signed contract and transfer had been mistakenly sent to another firm and lost in the post, and there had been IT issues within the firm. This was not true.

The deed was eventually sent a few weeks later, after the grant of probate was made.

In her defence, the paralegal accused Ms Tappin of drafting the email – but Ms Tappin’s evidence was that, after being shown the email, she had told Ms Lakhani not to send it and wait for instructions from the head of department.

The SDT said it found Ms Tappin to be a “broadly credible witness”. It explained: “She accepted a significant failing in relation to supervision and document checking and her concessions were made without any apparent evasion.”

Prisoners sentenced to death would be held in complete isolation, with visits restricted exclusively to authorized personnel. Details of executions would be published on the Israel Prison Service’s website, while the identities of those carrying out the sentence would remain confidential.

Since the start of Israel’s genocidal war, the regime has sharply escalated its violations against Palestinian detainees, particularly those from the besieged Gaza Strip, including starvation, torture, sexual violence and systematic denial of medical care.

The use of military means by the armed forces of the Russian Federation is an expression of its absolute will not to tolerate threats to its national sovereignty and a just exercise of the right for defending its legitimate rights and interests.

Consistent and invariable is the DPRK’s stand to fully support the just cause of the Russian Federation for defending the national sovereignty, territorial integrity, security and interests.

The international community should heighten vigilance over the West’s sinister attempt to turn black and white, distort the facts and change the victim and perpetrator, and should make responsible efforts to defend genuine international justice, peace and stability.

UK Urged to Act Over Palestine Action Hunger Strikers! (13.1.2026)

They called for an “urgent ministerial meeting” with families and lawyers, “immediate bail” for the Palestine Action prisoners, the dropping of terrorism related charges, “fair trial conditions free from fear driven narrative and political interference,” access to independent medical care, an end to censorship and visit restrictions.

One of the hunger strikers, Kamran Ahmed, was hospitalized last week for a heart complication, according to Sky News, which cited medics warning they could be at risk of death.

Prisons Minister Lord Timpson has said hunger strikes are “not a new issue” for British prisons and that ministers will not meet the detainees, arguing it would be “entirely unconstitutional and inappropriate” for the government to intervene in ongoing legal cases.
