Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region: Tribunal for Overseas Trade Disputes Established! (21.3.2025)

A tribunal specializing in foreign-related commercial disputes was established on Thursday in Urumqi, capital of the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, to support the region’s high-level opening-up and promote the high-quality development of the Silk Road Economic Belt, court officials said.

The tribunal, located in the Urumqi area of the China (Xinjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone, is the first and only specialized foreign-related judicial institution in Xinjiang. It aims to provide an optimal venue for international commercial dispute resolution, said Luo Zhiyong, deputy chief judge of the Supreme People’s Court’s 6th Circuit Court, which oversees major administrative, civil and commercial cases in northwest China, including Xinjiang.

However, the great people of Paris overthrow the French bourgeois government and declared the “Paris Commune” – an entity Karl Marx (living in London) declared the “first Socialist State in the world”! The Paris Commune abolished religion, capitalism and war. All public servants worked for “free”. Education was “free”. Food was “free”. Clothing was “free”. Employment was guaranteed and men, women, and children were “equal”. Défense of the Paris Commune was a voluntary affair. Of course, the French and German bourgeoisie stopped fighting one another – joined forces – and attacked the working-class Paris Commune, totally destroying it and executing its officials, supporters and soldiers!

Native Americans Reject Greenpeace Presence at Protests!

North Dakota: Jury Finds Greenpeace “Guilty” of Polluting Environment with “Climate Change” Propaganda – and Levies Fine of $660m (£507m)! (20.3.2025)

At the peak, over 10,000 protesters were on site. The group included more than 200 Native American tribes, hundreds of US military veterans, actors and political leaders – including current US Health Secretary Robert F Kennedy, Jr.

The 1,172-mile pipeline has been operating since 2017. However, it still lacks a key permit to operate under Lake Oahe in South Dakota, and local tribes have pushed for an extensive environmental review of the project.

During the three-week trial, jurors heard from Energy Transfer’s co-founder and board chairman Kelcy Warren, who said in a video deposition that protesters had created “a total false narrative” about his company.

Gaza: Israeli-Inflicted Death-Toll of UN Personnel Rises to 280! (20.3.2025)

UNITED NATIONS, March 19 (Xinhua) — UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is “deeply saddened and shocked” by the death of a UN staff member during the Israeli bombing in the Gaza Strip, condemning all attacks on UN personnel and calling for a full investigation, his spokesman said on Wednesday.

A United Nations Office for Project Services personnel was killed and five others seriously injured after two UN guesthouses in Deir al Balah, central Gaza, were hit in the strikes, the UN and Gaza-based health authorities confirmed Wednesday morning. The Israeli military denied attacking the compound.

The locations of all UN premises are known to the parties to the conflict, who are bound by international law to protect them and maintain their absolute inviolability, Farhan Haq, deputy spokesman for the UN secretary-general, said.

Scotland: Church Ups Its Game – “Grooms” Dementia Victims to Gain “Private Property”! (19.3.2025)

Three elderly brothers who were conned out of their family farm by a church minister and a local businessman were not in the right state of mind to sign anything, a relative has told the BBC.

Helen Fraser said her cousins Hugh, Roderick and David McCulloch were “groomed” into signing power of attorney documents by the two men.

Reverend Ivan Warwick and businessman Douglas Stewart then sold the farmhouse and drained the bank accounts of the vulnerable victims, one of whom had dementia and the other two who were diagnosed later.

The case has led to calls for safeguards around the use of power of attorney – an issue more pressing with an ageing population and more people likely to get dementia.

Australia Snubs King Charles III!

Australia: “First Nation” People to be Honoured – UK Monarchy “Removed” from $5 Notes! (19.3.2025)

The RBA has revealed a design celebrating Indigenous people’s connections to country will replace the image of the monarch on Australia’s $5 note. 

The new note bearing the theme, selected from more than 2,100 public nominations, will be the first not to feature a monarch.

Before selecting the theme, the RBA engaged with First Nations organisations across the country to encourage submissions.

And the redesign panel included First Nations representatives, as well as those from the RBA and Note Printing Australia.
