State of Palestine Confronts Zionist Genocide!

UN: State of Palestine Presents First Resolution on ICJ UNGA Ruling! (17.9.2024)

The draft resolution comes as part of a push by the Palestinian leadership and people to formally demand an end to the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories within 12 months. It is based on the ICJ’s advisory opinion, which found that Israel’s decades-long occupation of the Palestinian territories was “unlawful”, and that its “near-complete separation” of people in the occupied West Bank breached international laws concerning “racial segregation” and “apartheid”, and grounded in international law.

During his speech, Mansour added that “the draft resolution “focus]es[ . . . on the obligations of Israel, all States and the United Nations and other international organizations in accordance with international law. It also calls for a number of individual and collective actions to uphold the law and implement the relevant United Nations resolutions on the question of Palestine.”

Eire Harp - St Patrick Battalion!

St Patrick Battalion – How the Irish Changed Sides During the US Invasion of Mexico! (17.9.2024)

Fortunately, night fell and with it came a violent tropical rain-storm. Even more fortunately for the Americans, Brigadier-General Persifor P Smith, a remarkably steady man, arrived to assume Command of the American forces to the West of the Pedregal. Smith was apparently not shaken by the fact that he was surrounded and had fewer than 4,000 troops with which to face the possibility of a combined attack from something between 13,000-17,000 men the next day. He summoned Lee, who had scattered the land between San Jeronimo and General Valencia’s position, and found it unguarded, and decided to ignore the large body of Mexican troops to his North, and attack General Valencia’s left-flank at first-light. It would obviously be helpful if the American troops in front of Valencia staged a strong demonstration in the morning, but Smith had no-way of communicating this to them.

Imperial Japanese Officer - Taiwan Massacre

Taiwan: Imperial Japanese Army Massacres 1870-1945! (17.9.2024)

That is, excluding the population growth rate between the Liu Mingchuan Period to 1895 (some 11 years), Taiwan’s population plummeted by 600,000 to 700,000 in less than a year – due to Japan’s policy of killing and expelling Taiwanese people! Between 1895-1897 the Imperial Japanese permitted ethnic Chinese people to leave Taiwan – but official figures record that only 4,456 Taiwanese people took this route of relocating to Mainland China. This process involved an official procedure of application – which was granted (or denied) by the Imperial Japanese Authorities on a case-by-case bases. Therefore, no matter how the numbers are calculated, from September 1895 to the end of 1896 (just over 1 year), the number of “unnatural” (or “massacred”) deaths of Taiwanese people suffered at the hands of the Imperial Japanese reached at least 500,000 – which is a credible figure.

Anti-China Racism - A US Speciality!

US: “Anti-China Week” Exposes US Weakness in Addressing its Own Issues! (17.9.2024)

In this era of globalization, China and the United States are deeply intertwined, particularly in economic and trade sectors, but badmouthing China won’t help to solve U.S. problems. On the contrary, decoupling will cripple industries, drive up prices for American consumers, and weaken the United States’ competitive edge in innovation. Semiconductor shortages, disrupted supply chains, and inflationary pressures are just a glimpse of what decoupling would bring. Moreover, isolating the U.S. market from China’s electric vehicles won’t help with the green transition in America.

Washington’s China policy, guided by a self-contradicting doctrine and an outdated superpower ego, is running fast in the wrong direction. It reflects a profound misunderstanding of the interconnected nature of the most important bilateral ties in the world, and could ultimately miss a golden opportunity for cooperation that benefits both nations and the globe at large.
