The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, in the name of its Secretary-General, his Deputy, its Political Bureau, and its Central Committee – mourns the martyr, the Great National Leader – Sheikh Saleh Al-Arouri! The Deputy Head of the Political Bureau of the Hamas movement – who was murdered by the IDF alongside a group of his brothers. This terrible event occurred during a treacherous Zionist raid that targeted this group in the Southern suburb of Beirut during this evening – today is Tuesday 1/2/2024.
The obituary statement reads: “Targeting Al-Arouri and his brothers comes in the context of the frantic Zionist attempts to achieve any victory in the field by the desperate Occupation government to its public, after it has been unable to defeat the Resistance in the field, and achieve its goals.” The ongoing aggression in and around Gaza Strip has been ongoing for nearly three months – and has inflicted bloody massacres and extermination campaigns.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine bid farewell to the solid Resistance martyr that it knew in all the fields of struggle and the trenches of self-defence! The leader who was unshakeable regarding Palestinian patriotism and unfailing in the Unity of the people, the cause and the Resistance! For him, it was always Palestine first. His higher goal and above all his soul – was humbled for it. He coupled ideology with action. His personal traits left a deep impact on everyone who knew him. He continued to play an important role by searching for commonalities, and devoted himself to everyone’s participation in the field of Resistance. All genuine human-beings have something to offer in the ongoing battle against Zionist Neo-Nazism!
Our Palestinian people, all the Resistance forces, the honourable people of our nation, and the free people of the world – bid farewell today to an exceptional leader whom we knew as brave, bold, and united – calling for closed ranks and unity of position in defence of our people and their just cause. He had the honour of actively contributing and playing a pivotal leadership role in strengthening and developing the capabilities of the Resistance in various areas and important fields.
It is the greatness of the martyrdom embodied by the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and its military wing (the Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades). Condolences are the same to all his brothers in the movement, to the family of the martyr and those who love him, and to our people, with the highest signs of pride and admiration, pledging to the martyr leader and all the martyrs, to continue on the path of Struggle and Resistance – until the goals for which they arose are fully achieved. The blood of the martyrs will not be in vain.
The enemy’s leaders, generals, and settlers will pay dearly for their crimes – and the promise and vision of Sheikh Saleh Al-Arouri will be fulfilled! The banners of victory will rise and the rich paradise of Palestine will be free from the river to the sea!

الجبهة الشعبيّة تنعى القائد الوطني الكبير (صالح العاروري) وإخوانه شهداء الغدر الصهيوني على ضاحية بيروت

تنعى الجبهة الشعبيّة لتحرير فلسطين، باسم أمينها العام ونائبه ومكتبها السياسي، ولجنتها المركزية الشهيد القائد الوطني القسامي الكبير الشيخ (صالح العاروري)، نائب رئيس المكتب السياسي لحركة حماس، مع كوكبه من إخوانه الشهداء، في الغارة الصهيونية الغادرة التي استهدفتهم في ضاحية بيروت الجنوبية مساء اليوم الثلاثاء في 2- 1 – 2024.
وجاء في بيان النعي:”إنّ استهداف العاروري وإخوانه، يأتي في سياق المحاولات الصهيونية المحمومة، لتحقيق أي إنجاز ميداني تقدمه حكومة الاحتلال لجمهورها، بعد أن عجزت عن مواجهة المقاومة في الميدان، وفي تحقيق أي من أهداف العدوان المتواصل على قطاع غزة منذ ما يقارب ثلاثة أشهر، رغم المجازر الدموية وحملات الإبادة.
تودع الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين، الشهيد المقاوم الصلب الذي عرفته في كل ساحات النضال وخنادق المقاومة، القائد الحريص على الوطنية الفلسطينية والغيور على وحدة الشعب والقضية والمقاومة، ودائماً كانت فلسطين غاية عُليا وفوق الجميع، وهانت عليه روحه في سبيلها. وأقرن ذلك القول بالعمل، حيث يحمل سجايا شخصية ترك أثرها العميق في كل من عرفه. وظل يؤدي دورًا مهماً بالبحث عن القواسم المشتركة، ومنكباً على مشاركة الجميع في التفاصيل الميدانية في العدوان على شعبنا الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة وجميع أنحاء فلسطين.
شعبنا الفلسطيني، وكل قوى المقاومة وشرفاء أمتنا وأحرار العالم يودعون اليوم قائداً استثنائياً عرفناه مقداماً، جريئاً، وحدوياً، داعياً إلى رصّ الصفوف ووحدة الموقف دفاعاً عن شعبنا وقضيته العادلة، وكان له شرف المساهمة الفاعلة والدور القيادي المحوري في تعزيز وتطوير قدرات المقاومة في مختلف المجالات والميادين والساحات.
إنها عظمة الشهادة التي جسدتها حركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس)، وجناحها العسكري (كتائب الشهيد عز الدين القسام)، العزاء واحد لكل اخوانه في الحركة والى عائلة الشهيد ومحبيه، وأبناء شعبنا وبأسمى آيات الاعتزاز والإكبار، معاهدين الشهيد القائد وكل الشهداء، على الاستمرار في درب الكفاح والمقاومة حتى تحقيق كامل الأهداف التي ارتقوا من أجلها. وإن دماء الشهداء لن تذهب هدراً.
عهداً سيدفع قادة العدو وجنرالاته ومستوطنوه ثمن جرائمهم غالياً، وأن يتحقق وعد ورؤية الشيخ صالح العاروري، وأن ترتفع رايات النصر فوق ثرى فلسطين كل فلسطين من بحرها إلى نهرها.
