How the Communist Party of Russia Secured Independence for the LPR and DPR!
A total of 351 MPs voted in favour, 16 voted against and there was 1 abstention. On February 15th, 2022, the State Duma overwhelmingly approved a draft submitted by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation requesting that President Putin recognize the “Donetsk People’s Republic” (DPR) and “Lugansk People’s Republic” (LPR) as independent states! After the draft was passed, it was bypassed for approval by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs – and was sent directly to President Vladimir Putin for a ruling.
